I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni sausage pizza, went to grab something as it was being made. Came back for the lady who took my order to say that they had to remake it bc they forgot the pepperoni, then when she handed us the pizza it wasn't even correct. It had pepperoni, ham and sausage and it wasn't even stuffed crust. They remade my pizza 2 different times and messed up on each. I just took a refund bc it was well over an hour of waiting. I used to work for pizza places and it should never take that long for pizza, when the lady who took my order told the employees to start paying attention more they just ignored her. I would hate to work there.

Its been a couple years since I ordered pizza from Papa Johns. We got 2 pizzas the other night and they were not very good. The crust was incredibly tough and it didnt even taste like Papa Johns. I used to really like Papa John's and I always picked them over the other big pizza chains. Not sure if it was an off night or the new normal. Guess I'll never know because their is no way we will order from them again, especially at these ridiculous prices. If you are looking for pizza try a local place. These big corporations dont care. They cut quality and jack prices.

Order pepperoni and ham it was all cheese. Bad pizza suxs never again. Not my fault they had lots of orders. Was a called in I was told 15 to 20 minutes. After I paid cashier say another 40 minutes. I told her they told me 15 to 20 minutes. She said they were wrong it 40 minutes so I waited. I should've gone to Marco's Pizza. I took a chance never again. My friends told me pizza sucks. I didn't eat it was mostly cheese I was very disappointed ☹️. Papa John's Pizza on Saratoga Street in Corpus Christi TX. I'm not recommending this place. Bad customer service and bad service.

Placed an online order 30 mins before close, 15 minutes later I get a call from the store saying “they have no drivers” and haven’t had drivers at night in months…. Hmmmm sounds pretty screwed up to me. Just at night? A pizza delivery company. Or you were just wanting to get out of there and lying about the situation so you don’t have to make any more orders.

My friend ordered a pizza this evening before 10 o'clock. Paid over the phone with a card and even paid a tip for the delivery driver. After over an hour we called back to check the status of the order and were told they had received no order from him. This is a lie. I was sitting there when he ordered and paid for the pizza. Will never order from this store again!!!

They deserve NEGATIVE STARS. The guy handling the register and handing people their pizza’s was seen blowing his nose into a paper towel and started touching all of the pizza boxes and opening them all while not washing his hands. Its flu season and he has his hands all in the pizzas and decides to hand me my order… ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Please wash your nasty hands before touching peoples food. All the while the guys making the pizza is touching his phone and steadily making pizza. Like come on guys. Just eat somewhere else this ain't it.

An hour for delivery... Luke warm pizzaI ordered extra pizza sauce and I received light sauce.. I was very disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again as this was my 5th disappointed order....I don't recommend you spending a dime on a company who has no quality

The pizza ok. It's not the best. They have got our order wrong twice. They did remake it but were upset and gave attitude. We wouldn't recommend it as one of the best pizza places in town, but it's an okay once in a while try.
