Papa Johns Pizza

Guess they just do whatever they want....
If I ask for a square cut, well baked pizza and a cherry coke... is that so hard to make? Granted it's good... but come on people... rushing the pizza cause you want to go home is petty.

Upon entering the establishment for carryout, I observed an employee seated on the counter, engaged with her phone. While the employee who assisted me was courteous, I noticed that he did not present the pizzas for my inspection prior to my departure, which is a practice I have come to expect from this location. Regrettably, upon arriving home, I found that the pizza I had requested to be well-done was, in reality, undercooked in the center. There has been a decline in customer service at this location over the past year.

I do not support Door Dash and that’s who they use to deliver their own pizzas!! Beware!!

I ordered pizza and waited at the store, but it didn't take long. The taste was... normal.
The staff who took my order was friendly.
It was a hard day making pizza, but if you wanted a smile, you'd be greedy, right?

That was the worst Papa Johns pizza I’ve ever had…. What’s going on at this store?

We went in to pick our order tonight and to my surprise I see a toddler running around in a kitchen, oh ok, a second one come out of the back. Now I work in the industry too but children in the kitchen running around is a no no! Is this how you run things!!!! This is a safety issue please be aware.

Went to order 2 pizzas before they closed because my girlfriend was wanting food. One lady was working by herself and said it wasn't even considered a potential issue and immediately worked on the pizzas so late at night. By far, their Buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite, and their employees are extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend coming here for your pizza.

Good pizza and fast service. As always, seamless ordering process and didn’t take long to get the order picked up. The store and surrounding areas can probably use some maintenance but not a big issue.

Here’s the problem: when you call to place an order, you’re actually calling into a call center, which by the way needs to hire people that actually speak and understand English. The call center then places your order. Ours never made it through to the restaurant. Thank you to Discover Card and easy cancellation of payments. I’m guessing it’s best to place an order at the business itself.

There is nothing quite like ordering from Papa John’s, roughly 4 miles away, and getting cold pizza. I guess I should just be happy it got here.

When there was a mixup with our order, staff quickly took care of us. Courteous and helpful! Food was excellent.
