The manager went absolutely above and beyond when I completely screwed up the order. I put the wrong address, and the door dash delivered it to that address. When I called to inquire, the manager immediately noticed the mistake, and put another order in, and had an employee deliver. It. (Usually delivered thru DoorDash) Nothing wrong on DoorDashs part, they did try and call me, but my phone wasn’t ringing for some reason.

Walked in and the only 2 employees there on a busy night were throwing it down. They made sure my pizza was right and I really appreciated it specially when it was just 2 people.

Papa John's has really stepped up its game with its new owner/manager. The pizza is fantastic, with fresh ingredients that make every bite a delight. The crust is just the right balance of crispiness, sauce bursts with flavor, and the toppings are fresh and generous. The service is friendly and efficient, showing a real commitment to customer satisfaction. Plus, the restaurant is clean and inviting. Overall, Papa John's under its new management is definitely worth checking out and one of the best Papa Johns pizza I've ever had.

TERRIBLE customer service . Aaliyah - the “manager” doesn’t know how to do her job and it was a huge inconvenience.I called to do a carry out special and she tried to charge me 4 dollars more per pizza than the 8.99 carry out special and said I had to place the order online that’s the only way to get the special, I told her that I’ve called in this special multiple times and at that location and she got very nasty and rude . I think she just didn’t know how to do her job or input the special so she wanted me to go online and do it myself when it’s literally her job, and then she got rude, I will never go to this location again. And once again her name is Aaliyah.
