“What a pleasant surprise! I am not an expert on Peruvian cuisine, but my wife is from Lima. We have eaten in various Peruvian restaurants in San Antonio and Houston for years. Costa Sur blows them all away. First time I have ever heard Claudia rave about how good the food was in a Peruvian restaurant in America. Of course I was too busy wolfing down the excellent ceviche mixto and the wonderful pescado a la panca to hear everything she said, but when she said "We're definitely coming back" I knew we had found a gem.“
