This was my favorite spot during our stay in Corpus. Best place for food, great atmosphere and drinks. Prices are so reasonable, especially when you are getting a great view and great food. Please is very clean. The food was so flavorful compared to other places we ate at. They had live music which made it a plus. I give it a 10/10.
Got the fish and shrimp platter/plate. Was disappointed on the fish portion. I literally had to look for the fish on my plate. Shrimps were big and fried well with good flavor. I was hoping for great filets considering we are right on the water/coast you know.
Pier 99 is the first place I recommend to people looking for seafood. They’re wanting “fresh catch,” you’ll get the option here. We went with the Snapper with Crawfish Cream Sauce as our server, Javier, coached us on what the most-requested dishes were.
