Answering the window was an amazing girl named Sara, courteous smiling 😃 I told her my info and she promptly gave me a total, my order and returned my card. This pizza was so hot, truly awesome, I stopped and ate a slice. Delicious 😋 Wanted to commend Sara for her, OVER THE TOP Customer Service. I will definitely be ordering and returning to visit Sara, weekly !!! Great Job Sara 👏 👍 👌

Great food, but I feel bad that they do not have enough workers at this location, only one GM doing all the work and one driver. It’s not fair for Pizza Hut as a corporation to undermine its staff like that.

"I placed an order, and two minutes later, they called me to inform me that they didn’t have stuffed crust pizza. I told them I would call back but decided to go in person instead. When I arrived, I asked for a thin and crispy pizza with extra cheese. While ringing me up, I asked how long it would take to be ready. The employee responded, 'I don’t know, to be honest.'
I then asked how long it takes to prepare, and he said, '2 to 3 hours.' I clarified that I meant how long it takes to go through the oven and be ready, but he still said he didn’t know. When I asked again, he repeated that it takes 2 to 3 hours. At that point, I felt like he was being sarcastic. The overall atmosphere and the staff’s attitude made it seem like they didn’t want to be there.
I believe that employees should know basic preparation times, especially if they’ve been trained properly. Based on this experience, I would rate this place one star."

I ordered two medium pizzas eight wings and cinnamon sticks. It didn't even feel like 15 minutes had gone by and they were here with my order! Food tasted great it was hot! Shirley The driver was excellent very nice, to my daughter who answered the door. Excellent service.

I always order from here and have never had a problem. But tonight, I placed an order, and the food was supposed to arrive at a certain time but did not. When I looked on the app, it says that it was still preparing 25 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. It has been over an hour and I still have not received my food. Then I call the store and no answer. This will be the last time that I order food from this place. UPDATE: THE STORE IS ABOUT TO CLOSE AND I NEVER GOT MY FOOD!!!!!!!

2 days in the past week that I've placed an order at 10 and it getting canceled because they want to close early. They don't even call to let you know that they won't be making the order. Didn't find out till I got to the store at 10:45 and all the lights were off

Food is good if you ever get it on time. If you plan on having it for lunch, place your order at 10am Because if you place at 1130 it will not be ready, won’t even start working it.

They have one specific manager James that’s making it very difficult for the employees there to have a safe work environment. Being very inappropriate with the employees. I too would be miserable showing up for work. HR should not take this lightly please show your employees that you care and don’t tolerate this kind of work environment for them to be in. It was addressed to Ceasar the area manager and he addressed the situation very poorly being that the manager James is still working at this location. He asked a female employee a very inappropriate question as well as bullying all the other employees and that is not ok. Especially for him representing Pizza Huts name I guess it’s tolerable since he is a Manager.
