I believe that employees should know basic preparation times, especially if they’ve been trained properly. Based on this experience, I would rate this place one star."

I always order from here and have never had a problem. But tonight, I placed an order, and the food was supposed to arrive at a certain time but did not. When I looked on the app, it says that it was still preparing 25 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. It has been over an hour and I still have not received my food. Then I call the store and no answer. This will be the last time that I order food from this place. UPDATE: THE STORE IS ABOUT TO CLOSE AND I NEVER GOT MY FOOD!!!!!!!

2 days in the past week that I've placed an order at 10 and it getting canceled because they want to close early. They don't even call to let you know that they won't be making the order. Didn't find out till I got to the store at 10:45 and all the lights were off

Food is good if you ever get it on time. If you plan on having it for lunch, place your order at 10am Because if you place at 1130 it will not be ready, won’t even start working it.

Disgusting place!The food is just plain out gross!The ingredients are never fresh,they never cook it throughly ever!The marina taste old and sour.I don't know why I even bother with this dirty place!You all haven't changed at all! They have one specific manager James that’s making it very difficult for the employees there to have a safe work environment. Being very inappropriate with the employees. I too would be miserable showing up for work. HR should not take this lightly please show your employees that you care and don’t tolerate this kind of work environment for them to be in. It was addressed to Ceasar the area manager and he addressed the situation very poorly being that the manager James is still working at this location. He asked a female employee a very inappropriate question as well as bullying all the other employees and that is not ok. Especially for him representing Pizza Huts name I guess it’s tolerable since he is a Manager.

Like how is Pizza hut even around? Dude Golden Corral dinner for 1 person cost a little under with a drink. And as we know Golden Corral is a whole buffet. Bruh, Golden Corral has pizza on the buffet line also. I don't like lil Caesars, but when I'm craving pizza again... I know where I'm going next time... The delivery driver changed the tip amount on my receipt! I'm just wondering how many people he has done this to and they caught it!! I haven't been able to reach the manager yet, even though I've tried now 3 times, but I'm going to report this. IF we ever order again, I'll skip the tip on the receipt for sure!!
