I went and asked the lady at the register for red flakes. She said it was 1.07 I turned to go to table to get my purse and she called me snobby. I didn't respond I just sat at table. She walks to middle of dining area and said did you want it I said nope because I'm snobby. I go to leave and I call asking for manager to make complaint She answered she said she was manager l. I said oh so managers goes around calling custo.ers snobby I don't think so. She said you were snobby. I said I didn't even say anything she said it was my face. Wow just wow !! I can not believe she said this to me. I will never eat there again. I hope they find better employees,great way to lose customers pizza Hutt. SMH oh also when asked her for.her name she said it's Karen however the receipt said Ruby so idk but I do know they lost a customer.

Third time in a row that my pizza wasn't made with extra sauce as ordered... Barely has any sauce at all. Not to mention the cut was sloppy and the pizza was half and half of completely different toppings for a reason. Just seems like overall laziness at this location.

I ordered the fries and literally I only got 30 fries it’s not even half of the container that they put it in and then their DoorDash cannot find me. I had to literally share my location. Why do you even use DoorDash? I’ll have drivers.

I placed an online order for Pizza Hut with a specialty pizza and one six piece order of sweet chili bone-in wings. My order was placed at 8:55 and was not seen until almost 10:05 p.m. It was raining, and the incompetence of the driver was wild. Whomever it was left my order outside on the stoop of my apartment building with it getting rained on. Did not even try to give my number a call. This always happens when I order from the online app and unfortunately that location is on Baldwin here in Corpus Christi. The evening manager knew she messed up and didn't even apologize or try to make it right other than saying ..."oh I know it's been an hour but they already picked it up and it should be there soon." The whole entire place is incompetent and needs better Management and some accountability as well. It's not hard to call a phone number to see where exactly you need to leave the delivery. And before anyone ask or assumes yes I did leave a tip.
They never gave me my food I was there from 12AM till 8pm they never bring my foo. I asked were was my food and the worked said IDK.never come to this one!

When I got my order I was missing a Parmesan shaker (I paid for) and I got a Pepsi when I ordered Dr Pepper. The location used a 3rd party delivery service, Door Dash, to complete the delivery. When I called to speak to the female manager who refused to give me her name, refused to take any responsibility, refused to refund my money for missing items (didn't want/ask full refund), refused to give me a corporate number, and refused to have the items I paid for brought to me. She kept blaming Door Dash. I didn't order thru Door Dash, I used the website for Pizza Hut. It should be the responsibility of Pizza Hut to do quality control on their products given to 3rd parties for delivery. I'm upset because I paid for items not received. This manager lacks customer service skills. I want my money!

The pizza was the only good thing about this hut. The employees were very rude. Our food took over an hour. They got some of our orders wrong or not at all. They have dine in which they didnt seem happy that we were dining in. Again, pizza was good.
