Recieved the wrong order and receipt, kept calling to get a hold of them for the mistake, had to call the customer the food was intended for, took me at least 5 tries to get a hold of someone, when I got an answer I explained the error and was told they ran out of thin crust, asked to cancel order and the man responded with "I will cancel it in a few minutes" and so I asked how long will it take for the refund to be returned they responded with 1-3 days which is fine however I unfortunately did not catch this man's name. If there is no refund in the time frame I've been given I will take it further.

I give you all 0 stars and I’m gonna explain why. I placed an order for delivery as I have plenty of other times from this location and I’ve never had a problem until today. I used the coupon for 1 large 1 topping pizza and 1 large 5 topping or specialty pizza.. one being ham and the other being super supreme. After receiving my order, I realized that they delivered one ham and one pepperoni which are both 1 topping pizzas. The ham was correct, but I did not order a one topping pepperoni. I ordered a super supreme. I tried catching the driver but she had already left, so I called to the store and explained the problem. First I was told that I didn’t place an order today (which was untrue as my receipt showed today’s date 2/14/25 and their location) and then I was told that I needed to take the pizza back to them. I disagreed because as I explained to him (one of the managers) there is a reason why I ordered delivery and if that was the case, I would’ve just placed the order for pick up from the very beginning. I told him that he needed to make it right because it wasn’t my problem that they got my order incorrect. He started to argue with me back and forth on the phone telling me how do they know that the order is incorrect when I’m the one with the pizzas. I definitely will not order from you all again. There is no reason that I should go out of my way to drive to your location when for one, I ordered delivery and paid for delivery and for 2, you all are the ones that got my order incorrect.. therefore, y’all should’ve made it right. You could have easily sent a driver with the super supreme pizza that I ordered and I could’ve handed him the pepperoni with the receipt for proof that you got the order wrong. Ridiculous.

Worst customer services ever. The employees are deceitful, uncaring, and disrespectful. They never try to resolve the issue and blamed the customer for their mishaps. The GM arrived at the location and was aggressive towards the customer, gritting her teeth and being belligerent. It's no wonder the employees are so unprofessional because it starts at the top. I will never order from this establishment again and will be sure to share this information with everyone I know.

So I regularly come to this Pizza Hut and have never had any problems. I went Wednesday the 26’th in the evening and the entire staff was awful to my wife and me. I came in to pickup order after waiting outside for 15 minutes for a young lady to be on her phone and give me attitude the second I came in the store. I just took my pizza and left come to find out it was wrong and had an allergen I hadn’t ordered on the pizza so came back to get it squared away and took the pizza from my wife in a huff and went to the kitchen to argue that it didn’t matter to her manager and that so what if her wife couldn’t eat it and she should have argued because it didn’t make a difference. Crazy employees with crazy attitude. Cant say I will come again based off their staff and staff alone. General Manager needs to get their staff in line
Run far from this one - Better off with the one on McCardle. Lengthy waits, horrible customer service, and Virginia B., manager - may be the worst person regarding customer service in the Pizza Delivery industry, fragile, incompetent and could care less about job performance or customer care...

The pizza crusts were so fresh, they were golden brown, not greasy, and toppings went to the edge of the pizza like they should. My first time using the 3821 S. Staples location vs the other location which I assumed was closer to my home but glad the app changed to this location. Been using the other location for over 15 years but will definitely purchase from this location from now on. Great job! Hats off to the cook and Door Dash driver. Came quicker than expected, nice and hot. Sorry didn't take pics. Was so ready to take a slice. Friday Family night.
