Ordered a bundle deal that included 2 med pizzas. Get the pizzas, no green pepper, no pesto glaze on one, the other didn’t have all the meats on it or any green peppers. Call and their automated system hangs up on me 3 times. Finally get through, the manager was nice and did a reorder, did NOT tell me they were out of anything or to return the pizza we already got. Then I get a call from the store saying they are out of green peppers and pesto glaze, which they did NOT tell me the first time. Then they said it would basically just be the same order. I said okay that’s fine but one of the pizzas was still wrong. They they tell me I have to return the pizza I already got to the delivery driver and that they will deliver the new pizza is already making. I just wish communication was better about them being out of stuff and I would’ve been fine with it. Zero communication until I call and complain.

We order pizza from this location atleast 1 a week. Since they have started using door dash it has been a issue with the 3rd party delivery people to find our apparent. We list very easy note to find our location in the complex yet every time we have to go and walk around the complex to find our food. We like the naked wing and prefer to dip thim in the sause so they are not soggy. The past 2 or 3 time the driver has not had the sides of sause.The door dash drive today didn't speak English and we couldn't even communicate with him. I had a simple order. They were out of the flat bread then they came back and said they were out of the chicken. So to be simple I said just cheese. I asked for a refund and was told no. So I had to order it. Apparently the prices change after 5 pm as well. So because they were out of the flat bread he gave me a medium cheese.

Over $40 for 1p pizza to be delivered. And no change in quality or service. I guess its time to stop eating our all together. Its just not worth it. Ill make my own for that much.
Pizza Hut was fantastic, and Simone, our server, made the experience truly memorable! She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our food was served perfectly, and her positive energy made the visit even better. It’s rare to come across such excellent service — Simone definitely deserves recognition. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for her!

I had such a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to our amazing server, Simone! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us — checking in at just the right times, making sure our food came out hot and fresh, and keeping such a positive, friendly attitude the whole time. It’s not often you come across someone who truly makes your dining experience memorable, but Simone definitely did. Thank you for the great service and delicious food — I’ll definitely be coming back!
