I frequent this location and have never had a problem. On September 26,2025, I order two medium pizzas and was given the wrong delivery order. I called in to the store and was told I would get a remake and to just provide my phone number. I called in today November 20,2025, provided both of my phone numbers and was told they have no record of this but I also overheard the manager in the background saying he was not going to remake the original pizza because it had been over a week. This is not fair to penalize your customers because of your mistakes and I should have been told on the phone that there was a time limit to order. Pizza Hut has officially lost my business and I will start going back to Domino’s. Screenshot is the order that Pizza Hut claims to have no record of.

Orders are never on time and staff is always rude. If you dnt like your job then go somewhere else. Im tired of going to places and getting attitude the min i walk in. Please change your staff at this location 🙏. Dnt even tell me there isnt a problem because i can see there are problems at this location. Do better Pizza Hut!

Had a mishap at different location, and this store made it right, thank you all so much everything was fresh. Didn't wait long at all. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family

1. Our pizzas were 1 hour and 45 minutes late..not an exaggeration
2. The manager lied about the delivery guy on his way
3. Our order was also WRONG
4. Pizzas were barley warm
5. A double was made of the wrong pizza
6. Yall took so long that the person who wanted the super supreme stuffed crust that didn't even arrive has to leave
7. I asked for a discount and the manager offered 5.20 off of an 80$ order.

Ordered at 7:20 food delivered @8:23pm man bun billy 🧔♀️ beats on my door like Ccpd 😳 I received lemon pepper wings. I ordered garlic parmesan I called asked they be redelivered I had to call after 45 minutes to an hour shout out to the guy that answered the phone he’s a real one 🙌🏾💯😎to confirm my delivery. The manager stated he informed the driver to deliver our food first we ordered at 7 well the delivery driver decided to deliver all his orders and save my little wings for last, two hours later looking like a 🧞♂️ what’s crazy is I’m less than a mile away from the restaurant. What took the cake was the 🧞♂️ tried to have an attitude and thought his decision to deliver my food last was the best decision clearly has 🪨s for a 🧠 well Sir ma’am there’s a picture of the wings 🧔♀️ delivered. Have your manager contact me if he has any additional questions or concerns. This was a stupid experience “how to lose a customer 101”

There is no atmosphere at a delivery joint. Your online says 16 wings and 2 orders of fries. I came twice now and you said " yeah it's a 'double order' so...." This time I did not ask you. Now I say is this a double order too? Or did you eat my fries?

I order wings and some pizzas, the order git here extremely late with wings that were greasy as hell and then the flavoring wasn't even on it, when I call for a reorder they get an attitude with me, just to send me the same crap, then when I call back the manager gets upset and hangs up on me 3 times, this place and the employees need to be retrained but especially not by there shitty management. When you order, do not have Ed the manager take your order he will just hang up on you. From what it seems like they didn't want to give my money back

We normally order Dominos, but decided to give Pizza Hut another try after a few disappointing orders previously. It was disappointing again and we will not make this mistake again. I had made very specific requests online about extra sauce on the pizzas and one with half pepperoni and half peppers. This is not at all what I got. After picking up the pizzas and getting home I found out neither pizza had extra sauce (if anything both had barely any sauce), one was missing a topping, and the other was not split down the middle with the two toppings, but covered with both. When I called the location to see what could be done about this I was told I’d need to bring both pizzas back in to return them and have new ones made. No apologies were made and instead I was given excuses about how they could not see the customization on their end that was done online or in the app. It really wasn’t worth my time to drive all the way back to wait for new pizzas to be made while my family was hungry, so we made due and just decided never to return to Pizza Hut again. I found the experience and pizza to be lackluster and disappointing.

I ordered cheese pizza with jalapeño onion, and green peppers and they put mushrooms, except jalapeño I got lucky I went outside finish my chicken wings and then when I start eating pizza I seen there is a mushrooms. I have allergic with mushrooms. But the thing is Services release low and my order came after 20 minutes and then I have to wait another 20 minutes. That’s sucks I order online also from here, but they always messed up my order that’s not fair you guys need new management or a new manager

Pizza Hut on Saratoga has gone down hill. I will never be going back! I placed an order online, get there 25 min later and they tell me it’s not ready. I wait another 20 min in their lobby where they can see me thinking they will call my name when it’s ready. 25 minutes later still nothing. Then finally I go ask for my order and she pulls it out of the warmer. I’m not sure how long it was in there but they didn’t have enough common sense to let me know it was ready!!!!! Others had been waiting over an hour for their stuff. Ridiculous!!!! I will start going to PIZZA PATRON instead. My orders are always out quick and the staff is very friendly. They really take care of you. Pizza Hut is the worst ??????
