i came right before closing because i got the hours wrong, and the sweetest lady working named stephanie (hope i spelled it right!) was so welcoming, extremely nice and held a great conversation with me and my mom!

6/10/25, 4:30 p.m. — I went to the Popeyes on Weber with my Tía to eat some food. When we got there, it was quiet but also a little dirty.
When the lady took our order, it was alright, but when she started to make our food, I noticed she didn't wash her hands or wear gloves like most fast food employees do.
Then, when we got our food, the fried chicken and fries looked gross, and they were cold. But I had just gotten off work and was hungry, so I ate half of my order.
I ended up throwing the other half out because it made me feel sick.

Wearing service with the workers there, the tables were cleaned and all were pegostiosa, I asked her to clean my table and she went to sit at the computer and the one at the window only gave napkins, so we cleaned up?.

Never went to Popeyes I was next door

This place needs to be shut down. Today I go in with my Mom and my Mom was speaking to me in Spanish, mind you we're bilingual. Young girl came up front because the shift manager called her because he was busy cooking. When she heard my Mom, she made this ridiculous comment about being called up front and we don't even speak English. I answered her and him in English and was surprised she said that and surprised he didn't say anything.Need to get retraining on what customer service really is

This must be the worst Popeyes in town, waited 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich and wings, which is really ridiculous and unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Went to the Popeyes on Weber Sunday, 4/27/25. Never ordered food because the 2 girls working the counter completely ignored us. Other customers were sitting at tables all waiting for food. One complained that they forgot to provide some pies he had ordered and said he had already waited 30min for his food.

After some time, We were asked by onei of the employees if we were from one of the cars waiting in the parking lot. We said no, we were waiting to order. She turned around and continued to ignore us. We decided to just leave rather than stand there any longer. Noticed as we were leaving that the parking lot was full of cars told to drive around from the drive thru to wait for their food.

Unsure how to reply to owner who replied so I will just edit and add here that if the business can't handle customers walking in to order food rather than using an app then you have bigger problems.

I was very satisfied with my visit from the moment I entered I felt impressed with the welcome, the attention of the manager Casandra was very kind and attentive. The food was fresh and had a good flavor. Despite the restaurant being old, it was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere.
