Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Walked in to get a mobile order. Wasn't greeted but did see an employee lock eyes with me and kept hiding in the back. The moment I was seen. I was asked what I was needing. I told them my order. Upon receiving the order the Mac and cheese looked okay at first but the first bite of it was freaking nasty! Not only was it bland and hella greasy. The cheese curdled and was rotten tasting like it had been there from last night or longer. The chicken sandwich was not only dry and terrible itself but the bun was stale as well. I ended up tossing it out my car and went somewhere else to eat. Please do better next time! What a waste of time and money.

Horrible service cold food. Lady has her shirt open showing all her cleavage. I saw her get $ from the customers & not charge them put the $ in her pocket. I was waiting In lobby for a refill. The young man taking my order was polite. This was around 6ish today

The ghost pepper sandwich was gross. You could tell it had been submerged in grease and left over cooking time. There was more breading than chicken, and the mashed potatoes were lumpy and dry.
To top it off, the worker had no customer service skills whatsoever, and the restaurant is dirty with dead roaches on the floor. Eat at your own risk.

Ordered regular, got spicy.. 🤮
Ordered & was charged for ghost pepper burger.. but didn’t receive the correct burger.. instead got 2 tender on a bun, ummm why charge for what u don’t have? Don’t waste ur time here, and the ppl at the drive thru are all yelling at each other w the window wide open..

Just ordered honey lemon pepper wings and after waiting almost 10 minutes to order they were horrible! The chicken was not fresh and could tell it was leftover from yesterday and refried for today. Not to mention the wings were tiny!! WE'RE EATING THE CHICKS! This not the only issue I've had with this location, I'm just fed up and had to say something! DO BETTER!

I went in to order food and the the district manager George came up to the front counter with his missed up attitude asking me what I want or what I'm I picking up so I didn't answer him so I got help front someone else she was every helpful so I paid for my food and there DM George was so mad that he told the girls that was working there for me to get out of his Popeyes and doesn't want me there ever again Gorge I'm a paying customer I didn't do anything wrong for u to kick me out what u need to do is worry about your work and stop hitting on them girls there

It's Popeyes...it's nothing special but not bad, at least they didn't burn the biscuits and they were absolutely awesome in correcting their mistakes on my order so 5 stars to the dude who fixed everything

I have been to a couple of Popeye’s locations however, the one located on Everhart has been by far the best. It’s very clean and their service is excellent! The manager, Victoria, was very professional and very attentive. I will definitely be going back to that location.

Stopped by the Everhart & Holly location. Chicken was fresh & hot. Place was very clean & stay was so nice. The manager kept asking if we were ok. Truly had a great experience.

Went to this location this evening and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was fresh. The store was clean. The woman helping me was so pleasant. I didn’t catch her name but it started with an L I believe. Will be coming back to this location!!

Hot , Fresh Food! Friendly staff and one if the cleanest Popeyes we have been in! Delish🍗 update: The last 2 times we have been to this location in one year- dining area dirty, only one manager working everyone quit or didn't come in. Roaches and crickets on bathroom. No paper towel no soap and no napkins. The a/c was broken. What happened ?
