The rumors are true.Hands down, the best Popeye's Chicken in town! The 20-minute drive was totally worth it for the top-notch customer service. Shout out to Javie, David, Ari, and Luis we were impressed by the staff's extra efforts to make our experience amazing.

This review is strictly for the staff working 3-15-25, I came in to pickup my order at 10PM, mind you it’s late, and these guys are getting slammed. Once the manager/shift lead greeted me he saw my order and immediately started putting it together and making fresh sides.

These guys are hustling, they deserve more, keep these people and treat them right.

It’s not fair to have 3 running alone on a Saturday night.

"I had a disappointing experience with the restaurant staff. They were extremely slow, taking around 45 minutes to prepare my order. On top of that, they didn’t ask for my name when taking the order, so when it was finally ready, they had to ask me what I ordered instead of calling me by name. There seems to be no proper system for managing orders or printing receipts with customer names, which causes unnecessary confusion. Definitely needs improvement in organization and efficiency."

Went into the store and it smelled terrible. I waited for 40 minutes without the line even moving! Walked out….Save your money and most importantly your time. This place used to be a great place to bring my family. No idea what’s going on….

Had a really great visit to this Popeyes! The manager was super nice and made sure everything was running smoothly. The staff was just as friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Plus, the restrooms were really clean, which you don’t always see at fast food places. Definitely appreciate the great service—will be coming back for sure!

It's expensive for what you get...

The quality of food and service has gone way down from the past. This used to be a great fried chicken fast food restaurant. Every time I have gone to any of the locations, it just keeps getting worse. On my most recent visit I ordered two combos with white meat. I repeated what I had ordered at the window, and the server confirmed that it was all white. When I arrived home I was shocked to see that I was served all dark, a small thigh and a small leg for each order. The cole slaw was old and did not taste good. Needless to say, this will be the last visit to Popeye's for me. And, I know that I will get the same canned response from Popeye's, which is -----"Thank you for being a valued customer and for taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to provide the best restaurant experience and are sorry to hear that your visit did not fully meet your expectations. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future." ------I doubt they even read the reviews.

RIP OFF!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Spent $47.00+ ($10.00 more than the last purchase of the same meal) on the 16 piece family meal through the drive through. Could not wait on biscuits so they offered a family size side, ordered coleslaw. We sat down to eat to spoiled horrible coleslaw, mashed potatoes had 1 scoop of potatoes all gravy. When I spoke to the manager he said I would have to bring in the spoiled coleslaw and 1 scoop of potatoes. I asked him you want me to bring in 1 scoop of potatoes after feeding ny whole family when the complaint is you shorted me? He said it was suppose to be 3 scoops, but it was mostly gravy. No other sides were an issue but the two mentioned out of 4 sides. Very disappointing and not the usual from this brand. This is why businesses go out of business because of poor immature unprofessional management. This brand is never consistent with quality and service anymore. I have posted my experience here on all platforms warning friends and familt to help prevent others from suffering the same misfortune.

I was going to order food, I walked in and decided to use the bathroom first, the handle was oily, the sink was covered in dirt and dead bugs, and there were flies buzzing around, and there was no soap, I won't be coming to this location ever again
