Never, Ever place online order because they will not reimburse your money back. After rude person at restaurant became argumentative with me I told her to cancel order and reimburse my card she said I had to do it online. When I tried it wouldn’t let me so I called customer service and I could only communicate via text with someone. I was offered $5 coupon for an order of $33.54 for a product I never received. She told me that they do not cancel orders was placed. They are thieves!!! They steal your money. I would give them 0 stars if I could! I spent about 30 mins texting for nothing!

Absolutely the slowest every time, they did not have enough classic chicken even though I ordered 1st they asked me to take some spicy, which i couldn't eat. What happened to 1st come, 1st serve. Was there waiting for at least 25 minutes for only 3 pieces of chicken strips.

This place is just sad. I waited 45 minutes for my order, which was just two number-fives. They had me park in front of the store to remain; after waiting so long, mind you, there was a car in front of me waiting as well. I went inside to see what was going on since they were not busy. The employees were standing around and had not even started work on my order. The kitchen looked disgusting and unkempt, and the employees seemed very unprofessional. Then I got soggy chicken tenders. Someone call the kitchen cops. This place needs to closed down.
