Workers are rude; foods great, but employees need education in food service with people, I’ve been there 3 times each time this one man is very annoyed and rude , no hello no good bye, no sense of humor, just a blank slate that is nothing but rude with all questions,

Girl at the register was rude to my wife and rudely corrected her multiple times about how the different names of products. It was rude and very unnecessary as she knew what she was looking for and pointed directly to it. She was just calling it a different name than what it’s called.

Timely service. The only thing I have a problem with is the prices. They're GAUGED. $9 for a large pretzel bites w one lil pack of cheese.The time before, I just asked for one ? with spicy cheese and it was $7...I'm just appalled at how much a damn pretzel is here. It's not like it's gourmet made from the best dough money could buy lol anyways, that's how I feel from the past 4 times I've been there.

Went there 10/8/22. An employee named James took our order. Upon ordering a large combo he stated there are no large cups. I asked for clarification and he looked at me like he was annoyed. I simply did not know if he meant large pretzel cups or drink cups. The kid is as rude as his bad Edgar haircut. Didn’t even say thank you upon handing me my receipt. Proceeded to have a personal conversation with someone behind me. I understand good help is hard to find but these kind of employees hurt your business. Keep the riff Raf out of the mall. He doesn’t deserve the minimum wage he’s getting paid.

Wow, what an experience. I met a young man named Ezekiel he was so pleasant I would come back just to have him serve us again. Keep up the amazing work.

The pretzels are actually amazing and so are the lemonades my favorites being pretzels in cinnamon sugar and the raspberry lemonade but I'd say it hit the spot

Went for preselsnat 644 on Saturday and they said they had nothing left that they don't make anything 2 hours before closing . Very disappointing

It's a decent place to eat a nice and salty treat! Although, beware the food is alittle expensive!

Went in and tried a pretzel with cheese in it, it was great, the person in front of ne ordered four shook that's what I ordered, I was informed you could only get eight or sixteen, what is that about????

David was so nice and helpful, great customer service! Definitely recommend that dude!
