Timely service. The only thing I have a problem with is the prices. They're GAUGED. $9 for a large pretzel bites w one lil pack of cheese.The time before, I just asked for one ? with spicy cheese and it was $7...I'm just appalled at how much a damn pretzel is here. It's not like it's gourmet made from the best dough money could buy lol anyways, that's how I feel from the past 4 times I've been there.

I order a large box of pretzels from the menu which includes 2 large soft drinks. When I went to pay the employee said that the menu has changed and that the drinks don't come with the meal although it's indicated on the menu board. I had to order 3 large drinks extra . Never will go there again, they are already overpriced for just pretzels.

I was in town for a visit with family and thought, I haven't been to the mall or had a freshly made pretzel in a long minute. I stopped at pretzel maker. Sadly, I never did get one of the pretzels because the children working decided they were going to racial profile me. I was in line and was asked, multiple times, if i was in line. I responded "yes" as the older woman, acting like a 5 yr old, took orders from a few people behind me, that CLEARLY arrived after I did. I thought... mehhhh, I'll give them a minute to get this nonsense out of their systems. That failed. The next time I was asked if I was in line, I again said yes and that I wanted to order... and was told "NO NOT YOU." Like, wtf?? I did nothing to you. But EVERYONE working treated me as though I had something contagious (which i DON'T). Racist jerks work here.

Went there 10/8/22. An employee named James took our order. Upon ordering a large combo he stated there are no large cups. I asked for clarification and he looked at me like he was annoyed. I simply did not know if he meant large pretzel cups or drink cups. The kid is as rude as his bad Edgar haircut. Didn’t even say thank you upon handing me my receipt. Proceeded to have a personal conversation with someone behind me. I understand good help is hard to find but these kind of employees hurt your business. Keep the riff Raf out of the mall. He doesn’t deserve the minimum wage he’s getting paid.

I love their pretzel dog bites. I was a bit disappointed when I saw that they were burnt but thought I'd go ahead and try them hoping they didn't taste as bad as they looked. I was wrong, they did taste that bad. They were dry and chewy. I asked if they would mind making me some fresh ones that weren't over cooked. They seemed to not want yo but reluctantly agreed. They told me that I could keep them since they'd just throw them out but they really were not worth it so I passed. When the employee threw the cup away, the manager (or what I thought was a manager) told him, "we could have reused that cup". The 2nd batch was much much better. But I noticed that they kept the remaining burnt batch in the window for others to purchase.

The pretzels are actually amazing and so are the lemonades my favorites being pretzels in cinnamon sugar and the raspberry lemonade but I'd say it hit the spot

Went for preselsnat 644 on Saturday and they said they had nothing left that they don't make anything 2 hours before closing . Very disappointing

Ordered the pretzel bites with cheese and left to my car. Once in there I popped the first pretzel bite in my mouth and there was something hard in it. I spit it out and it was a fingernail. I know it was a fingernail because I could see the part where it was bitten off. I don't bite my nails so I know for a fact that it wasn't mine. Idk who's nail that was but it was in my mouth and it was gross.
