It's been a long time since I've been in a classic diner. The food was good, the place was clean, and the people were friendly. Service was great as well.

An old establishment with a lot of history. The seating has not been updated but the food is good. We split two different plates to be able to get what we wanted to eat. An omelette, which I recommend and pancakes as well.

This is a great local place for breakfast or lunch. You can't go wrong with anything you order here. Down home cooking. Locally owned and operated.

A very friendly and relaxing atmosphere the moment I walked in. The chatter and not so bright lights were very calming. I came with my family and we were seated immediately. The server then took our drinks and later came back for the rest of the order. It was a 10 minute wait until we got our food.We went in for breakfast and ordered the price's breakfast with hash browns + biscuit, the all meat omelette with hash browns + biscuit, the Texas waffle and the eggs Benedict with sourdough toast. The hash browns were not seasoned but this worked very well as they balanced themselves with the other dishes. The all meat omelette was full of beacon, sausage and ham. It was not too much and tasted great. The eggs Benedict was by far the best, the creamy hollandaise sauce went really well with the eggs and bacon. The Texas waffle was really cute and tasted like buttery perfection (might have needed a bit more sugar.) The price's breakfast was well balanced, tasty and filling. The waiter was so nice and took our order very patiently. She also kept topping off our coffee immediately.Prices chef is a well established diner with a beautiful history and tasty food. If I'm ever in town again, I'm going to Prices first.Parking: There are a couple parking spots right off the road down the diner in front of this blue building. It might be hard to find spots at some times.

Stayed in Corpus Christi for a couple of days. We are there twice in a row daily. Food was excellent. Loved Beverly who was an amazing server with a friendly demeanor. Next time we are in the area, this will be my go to for breakfast!

I wasn't tickled with their waffles, but coffee and bacon were awesome. So I will try them again when I have a doctor's appointment in town. The service was excellent as you would expect from a mom and pop type of restaurant.

Miss Norma Ramirez, I deeply apologize for the misunderstanding, I’m the waitress you mentioned in your review. At that moment I had an issue with members of the staff about an order I had placed for my customers (which part was also eggs Benedict), I assume that’s why there’s was a misunderstanding, I found myself extremely frustrated and said the word “stupid” a couple times. This was not in any shape or form directed to you, but instead it was expressed about the whole situation I was experiencing. I try my best to give the best service I can. Good service does not only depend on one person, it’s a team effort. I appreciates all our customers, I treat everyone with respect because everyone deserves respect. Please accept my apology and trust my sincere words. I hope you can come visit again soon. I care. Thank you!

Decided to stop at prices cafe.. bad idea. Overcooked grits, sour hollidaise sauce... Couldn't even eat the toast. Lauren was sweet and apologetic. Hold up. Just heard Alaina(long blond hair) call me stupid in Spanish to the kitchen for ordering the eggs Benedict. They love using the microwave by the way.
