I hosted a private event in the lounge- Tony & Natalie helped make the party exactly what I was wanting! The staff were so friendly & the food was amazing! I would highly recommend hosting your next event here!!

Dinner at Prime Steakhouse was outstanding, but what truly made the night special was our server, Jada. She was incredibly attentive without being overbearing and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. We weren’t sure what wine to go with, and Jada listened to what we liked and absolutely nailed the recommendation—it paired beautifully with our meal. It’s rare to find someone who’s both personable and detail-oriented, but Jada struck that balance perfectly. She made our night memorable!

Jada was very professional and personable at the same time. She anticipated our needs perfectly and recommended the Cajun drum and it was delicious. I’m definitely coming back.

Jada’s attention to detail was unmatched—she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and her timing throughout the meal was flawless. What truly stood out, though, was her deep knowledge of the wine list. We were undecided and looking for something to complement our steaks, and Jada guided us effortlessly through the options. Her recommendation was absolutely perfect—she clearly understands both the menu and how to create a complete culinary experience.

It’s rare to come across service this seamless and genuine. Jada is a true asset to Prime Steakhouse, and I’ll absolutely be asking for her by name on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Visited for our Anniversary dinner and were rewarded with great food and service. Has an upscale, Texas ambiance. Lauren took great care of us!! Good drink and wine menu. My filet was cooked perfect. It is pricey but a great special event place.

I had the pleasure of dining at **Prime Steak House** recently, arriving just five minutes before the kitchen's closing time at 10:00 PM. Despite the late hour, the service was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment we walked in, **Manager Eric** set the tone for a warm and welcoming evening. He greeted us personally at the door, promptly seated us, and immediately ensured a server was available. Impressively, he even went straight to the kitchen to request that the staff hold off on closing until we had a chance to place both our appetizer and entrée orders. This thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely valued as guests rather than an inconvenience arriving late.

Eric remained attentive throughout our visit and took the time to walk us through the different sauces served with our three appetizers—his knowledge and hospitality added an extra touch to the evening. At no point did we feel rushed; instead, we experienced the kind of service that makes you want to return.

Our waiter, **RJ**, was equally welcoming and friendly, enhancing the experience with his approachable demeanor and attentiveness.

This visit was also meaningful for me personally—I had spoken with **Tony** a few months earlier, and he encouraged me to come back. I’m glad I did. The **food was outstanding**—every bite was rich in flavor and beautifully prepared. I brought a friend along for her first visit, and she thoroughly enjoyed it as well.

In a world where late-night dining often comes with compromises, Prime Steak House delivered above and beyond. The team, led by Eric and supported by RJ, demonstrated a level of professionalism and hospitality that’s increasingly rare. I’ll absolutely be returning—and recommending it to others.

I love the atmosphere! Felt like I was dining in Vegas! The drinks a great! We ordered the cowboy margarita and the Yorktown Blvd. The mashed potatoes and gravy are out of this world! Sadly, I feel my ribeye, med-rare, was a bit tougher than expected for the price, but the flavor was good. This place is a bit more expensive, but I would come back for a nice dinner once or twice a year.

It was the first time trying this restaurant and me and my husband went for date night. The food was amazing and outdid our expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our every need. We had a very nice, relaxing evening and will definitely be going back for date night in the near future.

Ryan was our server and he was great! Our food came out quickly and it was absolutely amazing. My son had the crab stuffed flounder, myself the lasagne alla colognes, and my daughter n law the filet mignon. My son also got the bread pudding for dessert. It is a beautiful restaurant and the food is worth the price!

Food was very good, excellent quality steak. Service was excellent in the dining room. Service was excellent at the bar, friendly staff. Danielle the bartender was very good at her craft and one of the few I've encountered over the years that makes an old fashioned 100% correct and perfect... and quite lovely personality to boot. Prices were very reasonable considering it's more of an upscale place.
