I love this place. Fresh Drum is a comfort food for me growing up on Baffin Bay. I can always count on fresh grilled drum and healthy sides when I come here.

We used the party space and had a really good time. The stuffed shrimp, hobo fries and Caesar salad were all good. Got a margarita for happy hour and wasn't really feeling that but couldve just been me. Will definitely go back.

Outstanding first experience! Excellent fried catfish and exceptional chicken strips. We both had flights of their own beers - very tasty. Ask for Bentley; an excellent server. We'll be back.

Seems like service and food quality has diminished over the past year. Our lunch was over 60 dollars for 2 of us and when we expressed the dissatisfaction with the pasta the waitress looked at me and walked off. Probably my last visit to this location.

We went to dinner here in celebration of my sister's birthday and had a great experience. We were seated immediately upon arrival. The beer selection is enormous, the Bloody Mary's looked fabulous and the Hurricane Alley was delicious. The appetizers were indeed appetizing and the coleslaw is indescribable. The fish was fresh, delicious and prepared to perfection. Looking forward to going back to try some other menu selections. Can honestly say that I would highly recommend this establishment.Parking: Plenty of parking in a huge free parking lotKid-friendliness: They have a "Little Cabooses" menu for the kids or you can order FAMILY STYLE to include everyone.

Blackened snapper was sadly overcooked. Crab stuffed shrimp was good but very heavy meal. Hobo fries were well made. Skip the tasteless grits. Attentive service. Smaller than average selection of their own brews and other drafts were pricey. $9 for a draft cider seems excessive. Overall, a lot of money for an average meal.

Rare find by chance. Drinks were unique and very tasty. Snapper was delicious, sides were ok. Also, a micro-brewery, but did not have time to taste any selections. Best described as casual, with quality fish selections. Lots of unique appetizers I'll try next time I'm in town.

I reviewed this establishment last year and was thrilled to return unbeknownst to me that my return visit would be so disappointing. My salad was thrown together with no attempt whatsoever to even make it somewhat appealing. This was followed by a bowl of gumbo that was cold and unappetizing. I did order the almost $45 main platter and to be honest the Drum and shrimp where the only reason I gave any stars at all. All of the staff was sitting around on their phone while patrons were being left unattended and clearly looking for assistance. My silverware was extremely dirty, there were gnats flying around me the entire time I ate my meal. So sad because my first experience here was fantastic and this one felt like I was in high school detention. I have to blame management on this loss from me. I will say if you are looking for a fantastic experience go 4 blocks over to Water street and enjoy happy hour from 3-6. I will go there for dinner tomorrow before going back home.
