We arrived here with my father-in-law, table request for four people was made, told 30 minutes for wait….45 minutes later when I asked if we had been forgotten they explained that they were about to take us off of the list because our table had been ready for 20 minutes, the staff seemed unaffected and uninterested in having kept us waiting for so long without notification.
Once we were seated, we waited an additional 15 minutes before a server came to ask for drink order. Once drinks and food were ordered, we waiting yet again for an additional 40 minutes before food was brought out.
The food was just above subpar at best, pancakes were actually fantastic, but the eggs tasted like iron.
The portions were quite large and all served on separated “designer” plates. Our server was very nice and attentive to us, good marks on her (apologies for not remembering her name) she was great to us.
The menu is quite interesting, but too many options, for too few combinations, as well as being quite over priced for the food that we waited so long for.
As we were vacationing on the island I would definitely not recommend if you have anywhere to be with day plans. I would say that if you are with a group it could be a decent experience given that you are not in a hurry, and a very patient group.
So in total, for a grand total of 110 minute experience for a brunch I’d probably say a solid -2 out of 5 if google would allow
Don’t eat here, it’s an expensive waste of time and money

Great place! Food and drinks were great, just a little understaffed for how popular it is. Been there several times on our trip

Delicious!!! Ridley's drink selections have an interesting flare to make them unique and memorable.
The food options are difficult to choose between because they all look so good.
The staff is attentive, helpful, and serves with a smile.

Honestly very disappointed! We were cool with the wait time, we get it, it's valentines day and well both my husband and I have worked the industry so we were trying to be very forgiving.
Our daughter and boyfriend got the table while we were driving in. I called her at 15 minutes out to order the baked Goat cheese. When we got there were pretty shocked to find out that the server hadn't even been to the table yet. We sat down and waited for about another 5 minutes to even get greeted. The server, brought ice cold coffee to my husband, with no cream or spoon to top it off. Mine came out good but I got the macchiato.
We ordered the Goat Cheese right when we ordered coffee and preceded to wait over 20 minutes for that. When it came out looked great, tasted great until we hit the baguette that was a garlic baguette 🤮. Server didn't come over. Meanwhile my water was empty for a good 20 minutes while we were waiting for our food that took forever. When we got our food, my husband was wrong, our daughters plate was ice cold and you could tell the bacon had been sitting under the heat lamp for a good while. We waited for the server to touch the table to advise that my husband food was wrong- probably went to table next to us honestly. She never came so I got up and found the food runner who i also had to ask for water from. He had the Pork Belly Grits. Grits that took another 15 minutes to come out. The server never came to check on anything else. At this point I got up and spoke with hostess. Finally I think the manager brought the plate out. He was extremely dismissive to us, even though they comped the meal, they were not apologetic just sluffed it off and when the server finally came back we tried to express our concerns and she just walked off. At this point we don't recommend going through that. It's not worth the hype at all.

I gave Ridley's a 3 on service. It was extra busy and maybe short staffed. But overall the place is amazing! I got the Bloody Mary flight and the shrimp and grits. AWESOME! My husband got the brisket fritatta and he was pleased. The fresh sourdough bread was yummy! Ridleys has a little bakery, too. It did NOT disappoint. We are planning on going back before we leave the area!

20 out of 10. I cant explain how much of a good experience this was. Normally, I'd wait to review after coming 3 times (for consistency) but I was blown out of the water. I decided to try breakfast somewhere I hadn't tried before since we were about to head out on a roadtrip. Thought it would be a good start to a trip. I actually had never heard of this place before, though I apparently had driven past it several times. It's bougie, its island, its hip, its worth hype. Delicious. I cannot emphasize that more. They had shown on the TV, drinks that looked crazy good that i'll be trying in the future. Since I work in hospitality, I know where to recommend guests to go if they are headed out to the island.

Stopped in for happy hour and a snack. Bar tender, Michael, was super nice and very detailed about explaining their menu items. We decided on the Prime Rib Bites for a snack, which my husband and I ended up making a meal out of, very generous portions and topped off with a few onion rings, which were homade and awesome. I will get a whole order of onion rings next time! Aside from the great service, the atmosphere in itself is a must see, definitly fits in to Island Time! Oh, and almost forgot to mention, all of their bread and pastrys are homemade, Se Se Bon!!!
