Rigatoni's Italian Restaurant

My husband and i took my mother-in-law for her birthday. Excited to try a new place we brought my brother as well. we had a toddler that came with, but did not eat or drink anything. Was still charged as a party of 5 for a gratuity of almost $20 extra dollars. Definitely will not be bringing anyone else there. When I said she did not eat or drink anything, they said it was because I sat on a bigger table.

I love Rigatonis. Service is always excellent,food is always good and the owners is awesome. This is my favorite date night place to go to. Lunch or dinner you will never go wrong.

If I could give Zero stars I would. This had to have been the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We ordered Delivery via Favor, and one of our Entrees was wretched. We humbly tried to ask to have it either sent back and something else instead, Owner wasn’t having it and was completely unprofessionally rude to us. Yeah never again. I’d turn the other way.

This restaurant has been a favorite for many years for me. I love the food and the atmosphere. All I ask is that the staff be open and clear about extra charges. If I’m going to switch the protein on my plate or get an extra parmesan cheese to go, please let me know that you are going to charging me and how much it will be. I like to know how much my bill is going to be ahead of time. Otherwise, this place is one of my favorite restaurants and will continue to be.

Really good place to eat. For was good, but would not say amazing. Our waiter was perfect tho. Very polite and on top of everything. Atmosphere was perfect.

The food and service were great. The atmosphere very relaxing and enjoyable. The place is small so we had to wait for about 40 minutes to get seated. There is no person to greet you, there is no waiting list nor info on how much time you will need to wait.

suck as place to eat...waitress was rude trying to rush us out of there...then screws up our order and tries to play it off like it was our fault...then wants to charge a 7 dollar service charge ..hell to the no...then the owner comes out and yells at my sil when she left a review...this place sucks don't eat there..

We had an early dinner and I’m ready for a nap!!! For starters, we had some great customer service as soon as we walked in! Our server Troy gave us some excellent recommendations and the cooks did not disappoint! Food was phenomenal!!! I had the baked rigatoni casserole ? ( with Alfredo sauce), house salad (tasty vinaigrette), house soup, delicious buttered-garlic bread (FRESH), and some ? with giant size meatball! For dessert we had the Italian crème ? !!!! Plus, we met Nora (owner) beautiful smile and very professional! I DO RECOMMEND EVERYTHING ON THE MENU! We will return!!’

We had the absolute BEST waiter ever! Young man, so nice and extremely attentive. Never had to ask for anything, he was on top of it all. The food....D E L I C I O U S! I had the cilhicken alfredo and my husband had spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was awesome! The atmosphere is so very Italy! Loved everythimg about this place!

Went with my husband to try it out, wanted to be adventurous and Rigatoni's did not disappoint! Tony took care of us and was an awesome server, everything was so well seasoned and cooked, and Tony had the best recommendations. We got the stuffed mushrooms, the red snapper florentine, stuffed chicken ravioli? and we topped it off with the italian cake. For our appetizers we ended up getting tomato basil soup and a caesar salad, and two sweet teas (the sweet tea was hitting??) We will definitely be back! Awesome place and even better vibes
