We paid 42 dollars for food we threw out. We asked for our food medium seasoned and what we got was so hott that I only ate three bites. My Sister could only eat the teriyakichicken because the rest of her plate was too hot also. It was some bright red seasoning and beyond hott. It was horrible and they messed up on charging us and were extremely rude about it and kept touching our food. It was a horrible experience and I went shopping hungry because I couldn't eat my pad chicken. I'd never eat there again.

Every-time I go to the mall this is my go to place they give you a lot of food. The old man he really nice.

Food not hot more cool than warm and they advertise combos as including drink..Combos should include drink if not just say chicken or beef two sides .combos is misleading the public..

This place has been me and my family’s go to place since I was just a a kid and it has always been my favorite. I’ve loved it forever and I’m so glad I came to the La Palmera and ate it again. I really hope that more people go and eat here the lo mein and fried rice are always my top picks same with the egg roll!

You all had 2 guys working today 2/1/24 around 3:30p. One of them didn’t help me at all but kept making eye contact with me. The other guy had finished helping a customer but was just standing there looking at me while I was waiting to order. They left me standing there for 5 minutes, I was about to get food somewhere else when they finally came to help me. They rushed me when they had NO customers and somehow messed up my order. I ordered SWEET CHILI CHICKEN and was given ORANGE CHICKEN. They don’t even effing sound the same. AND to top it all off the fried rice wasn’t even hot. I’ve never had an issue ordering here before but today was the worst experience and I’ve never seen those 2 guys working there before.

We passed by, my brother did not want the samples and they insulted him as he passed by. Called him a "tire" in Spanish thinking we don't understand. Well we are fluent with parents from MX. Way to make the rest of us look bad.

21$ a plate of 3 entrees shrimp fried rice & 2 eggrolls ... food was gross

The owners are very nice :) Came here bc I love thai food and got the Pad Sew Noodles. SUCH A BIG PORTION, for $11!! This could probably last me 4 meals. It was very tasty, wish they made spicy versions, but I still enjoyed my meal!!

Tried this place since we tried Sarku across from them last time. It was really terrible. Looked good but did not taste good. We were there very early like when they opened and if I had to guess I’m going to say it was yesterday’s food. Never again $16 backdown the drain!
