The atmosphere is laid-back and authentically Texan: picnic tables, butcher paper, and plenty of friendly chatter. It’s the kind of place where you roll up your sleeves, dig in, and enjoy barbecue the way it was meant to be. Highly recommend! You can even get a tank of gas.

Brisket and baby back ribs
Brisket was dry - to o be fair I arrived late, so could have been a one off. Potato salad was off - too much mayo I would guess.

Love this location. I've been to a few other Rudy's in other cities, by far the Corpus Christi location has the best beans out of all of them.

One of my favorite restaurants in Corpus Christi, I’m from Houston and we have a couple different roadies, but this one definitely takes the plate!!!
The atmosphere is great the camaraderie between the team members working there is great and the food is tasty and amazing !! And the scope of things it’s really not that expensive!!! When you’re fasting and only eat once or twice a day…
I would recommend their sausage, and their turkey with some sissy sauce, which is actually spicy sauce
