Terrible Customer service from lady at window. There is a lady that is super sweet & cheerful. She’s the one who hands out the kolaches. But the main cashier is rude and condescending. She cuts me off when I’m trying to order, and reiterates what I just said in a sarcastic tone, she has done this on more than one occasion. Today my husband witnessed it. They forget part of my order every time & he has to go back in every single time. The food is so good, always fresh, but her attitude makes me not want to go back anymore.
