Saigon's Civet Cafe

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During my recent 8-day visit to Corpus Christi, I discovered Siagon's Civet Cafe, and I couldn't resist returning for coffee five times! I had the pleasure of trying their Siagon Lungo, which quickly became my favorite. What truly sets this cafe apart is that they source their coffee beans directly from their own farm in Vietnam and roast them right on-site. The roast master was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to show my fiancé and me the different varieties of beans and explain the roasting process. It was fascinating to learn about the craftsmanship behind each cup! The coffee itself is nothing short of delicious—rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. The inviting ambiance of the cafe made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy my daily caffeine fix. I can confidently say I’ll be ordering online to keep enjoying my new favorite roast back home. If you're in Corpus Christi, Siagon's Civet Cafe is an absolute must-visit for coffee lovers!

I went there to get ube coffee. I sat and waited. The staff was excellent, coffee and food was excellent except for one thing. When I was there the manager in charge was talking to the employees and I did not like the way he talked/treated these young ladies. He was condescending and very unprofessional. Maybe the owner’s needs to reconsider new management. Unfortunately I will not be back. There are other coffee shops in Corpus.

Came and got the avocado toast and a matcha. The quality of the matcha was not great, was hoping for better since they’re competing with other cafes that now carry ceremonial grade. The barista made sure to let me know that if they used ceremonial grade, the matcha would be pricier. Well aware and I’d happily pay for better quality ? The avocado toast was more of a sandwich and it was tasty! The egg (add on) came out overcooked and they quickly fixed it for us. Ambiance was nice and relaxed with piano music playing in the background. Overall, a good, quiet spot, just compromise on quality in some areas apparently.

Such an amazing establishment, we need more places like this in corpus. There is a variety of games to play as well as a friendly staff. The food and drinks are great and I would 100% recommend you visit here.

Awesome place to study, work, or relax. Great Vietnamese-style coffee too. On most weekdays you'll find yourself surrounded by students from Texas A&M CC and/or SNAs from Navy Corpus, but it's never too busy.

Ordered their Vietnamese latte and they made it exactly how I want it, sweet and creamy. I’ve had civet coffee before and this brings back good memories. The music isn’t too loud which is perfect for me so makes the ambiance cozier.

First time here. The manager was so helpful in describing the different coffees , and when we told him what we liked to drink , he made perfect recommendations. The atmosphere is very laid back. Sorry, I was not hungry . The muffins were huge and looked great. I want to go back and try lunch. They have books and games. A piano. It's just a great place to relax.

Very nice coffee shop to relax or work. They have a variety of drinks and food. The decor has a classic feel to it. Nice layout to give some privacy in a couple of corners. The staff is really nice. Try the Saigon Green smoothie it is really good. We had a business meeting there and surely will come back.
