Unfortunately the fajitas were over salted, no cheese or sour cream provided and they did not use gloves to set up or box up the leftovers. They literally picked up tortillas with their bare hands to package them. I would not recommend.

We had Salinas Catering for my daughters wedding. The food was great, friendly staff, and price was good too.

Worse service Ive ever had.. the old lady in charge was so very rude. Each and every time i tried talking to her. First they set up in the wrong place, they were told to set up outside in a certain area. But when i got there they had set up on the dance floor. Then they didnt have enough food so not all my guest got seved. They ran out of tea and water, not enough glasses eighter. Totally unprofessional throughout the whole time. Said we had over our limit with kids over a 100 but i counted 87 with kids. And we were out of everything made the night so stressful. when it should have been an easy thing to do the lady made it very hard.. the server literilly pulled a plate from the guest hands and yelled at her.. so disappointed in the service last night at our beach wedding. cant believe they have no customer service skills at all. none at all. in this world today its about how you talk to someone there is a right way and a wrong way, they chose the wrong way… DO NOT GET CATERING FROM HERE AT ALL IF YOU WANT EVERYONE TO EAT! i had guest left hungry and thursty.. BAD Bad Service!!!!!

Salinas Catering was served at my job sight today for Employee Appreciation Day, It was very delicious, Baked Chicken breast and gravy and a dinner roll , and ? mashed potatoes . Very delicious

In a rush to find a caterer, Mr. Salinas took my call during a holiday. I was given a quote and placed an order in less that 24hrs. We had the BBQ dinner and two servers. Food was great! Our servers were Danny and Hailey who were wonderful. Very professional. Will be calling on them again.

I don't know how much we paid for this but it was worth every penny. It literally made my girlfriend's surprise party work. They were there on time, totally killed it on the food and very hospitable. They deserve more praise than I can give them in a single review. Hat's off guys.

Great food, well organized and great customer relations. Highly recommend them. Will use the again in August.
