Food was great until I saw a huge rat and then there was more rats

Food came out frozen. Sent back and came back like warm. Waitress claimed that the plate was not so the food was not. It was clearly microwaved and congealing. Second time we had a similar experience at this restaurant. Now it’s our last visit.

I would eat any other italian style pizza, this one isn't worth the price they're charging.

It is definitely not an italian crust. The crust was basically a cracker: tough, hard to bite/chew and cracked/fell apart when trying to fold the pizza. The toppings weren't bad, but I couldn't get past feeling like I was eating it off of an overcooked saltine cracker.

Their alfredo was...well, it's alfredo. Nothing special, but it tastes good. The meatballs were great! I ate them too fast to take a picture. The marinara tastes delicious, but like I said, eat any other italian style pizza.

I placed on an order over the phone for pickup. The person that answered took my order and didn't know what flavors of wings they offered. When I arrived, the place was completely empty... this is never a good sign.

I had to ask for ranch for my wings and was charged an extra 1.80 for ranch. What kind of a place charges you for ranch when you order wings? Extra I can understand... but the initial? When I got home a few minutes later the pizza was rubbery and tasted more like cardboard. I wish my review was as good as these other people. I won't be going back. I get better pizza and wings from Little Caesar's and for half the cost of what I paid.

So, beign from NJ born and raised its hard to find any decent Italian food. But, Sals not only has the best food but the atmosphere and staff make you feel like home and your nore than just a customer. You're family. Definitely will be frequentng here more often and highly recommend giving it a try bring a friend, a date or the entire family.

Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly meals, tvs, and high chairs for the younger ones.

Pizza was very good. I ordered their pizza specials and those Alfredo Knots are just delicious. Everything was very good and definitely this will be our pizza go to place. Thank you for taking the time to make such a delicious product we can enjoy

We had our retirement celebration here and it was perfect! Staff, especially David was attentive and personable. Meeting with Kris for planning was everything we needed to have peace of mind for a successful event! The pizza was amazing and wine selection superb! Highly recommend!

Place was off. Got greeted right away waited a long time to get my pizza. Finally got it and it was so greasy and doughy took two slices and left. I can see why nobody really talks about this place. The owner should move this place in the hood
