I visit the restaurant and ordered 2 orders of Pad Thai. The food was horrible. The cost was almost $40 I will never go back.

Sushi and sashimi were delicious. Server was nice but a little over kill with conversion.

I've been going to Sang's Imperial Cafe for a few years and was really disappointed when they closed for a bit. Of course, I'm elated that they opened again. However, the new hours a bit hard to get used to. Lol.I highly recommend y'all head there when you get a chance. My two favorite rolls are the "You So Kray Kray" and the "Spider Roll".

I love imperial but the price increases are crazy. No tap water, per new policy you have to buy their Dasani water. Menu choices were limited. Will try again at later date. Very disappointed.

looked like HEB sushi. spring rolls were worst I've ever had.

Our family loved the sushi we even ordered seconds.

Definitely not what it used to be. You're visually assaulted by signs asking you to tip the wait staff all over the parking lot. The menu has changed and you can't get an iced tea or water in a glass.

The food was delicious!

It was ok but alot was taken off the menu that was there from previous ownership. No fountain drinks at all. So if you don't wanna spend money on more drinks savior the first. I also got charged extra 1.50 for a sauce that should be included with your meal.

Former employee. This is where I started my background in the food industry. Worked here for quite a bit.Imperial Cafe is one of the leading establishments in the surrounding area for a reason. It is immaculately pristine in the back, and the front. I was always paid on time, and my employment there is what gave me the skills and lessons (concerning restaurant work) that I carried over to other jobs after I left.A lot of work and effort is put into serving it's customers, and the management is extremely attentive to not only it's workers, but also its patrons.Tip your servers well, and enjoy the food.

This used to be a restaurant called Sang's; after that it was Imperial. It, for whatever reason, still calls itself Imperial. I doubt the ownership is the same; much has changed, all for the worse. TVs dominate an idolatrous position at each end of the dining area, a glum and dim rectangle. Your fellow diners look as bad as you do. This is not a place for the beautiful or the happy. The sushi is, in a word, repulsive. E.g. - the eel is cold to the lick. Something is off with their salmon. The fried rice is forgettable, and the least offensive dish. The food is overpriced; they will probably blame inflation. The only part of this place worth sitting in, the sushi area, is closed; a glorified to-go area. Who, in their right mind, would order this to go is a question I dare not venture to answer. I love coming back home.

Excellent sushi and dishes, large servings had to bring home left overs

This is probably one of the best places I have eaten in Corpus Christi. Staff was great. The food was awesome! I ordered and ate soooo much I almost got sick. The spring rolls were tasty. Highly recommend them. So was the sushi. The best was the NEM. I got it with chicken. The plate was HUGE! Never had anything like it before. Definitely planning a return trip.

Maggie provided the best service I have ever received in the restaurant industry. She made sure to take the proper precautions regarding my food allergy. The food was very good and great portion sizes. I will definitely be returning.
