Santa Rosa is a nice family owned Mexican restaurant that's popular with many long term Corpus residents and neighborhood locals. From the outside you might guess it's not the kind of place you'd drive all the way across town for just for dinner, but once you've tried it you may change your mind. I had the Beef Enchilada plate with chili sauce, and of course this is a classic favorite for many. It's delicious. And at under $12, it is a bargain.

Cheese Enchildas. Every time I visit a new Mexican restaurant ,I get cheese Enchiladas.
If that's not good then I don't go back

Is a little too noisy for me. Went with some family members. Menu not very legible, pics doesn't do the restaurant any justice. Cant tell what you're ordering. Ended up following by wife's lead and just getting a bean taco with cheese. Would I go back in the future for it? Probably not. Service was ok.

Parking: Limited parking. Spaces small. Hard to come in and out because it's right on the main street.
