The food is always good. The line is silly here. It starts 12 feet from counter at the food court trash can. I was standing at the counter because there was no line then when I tried to order, one of the guys told me I jumped the line. The lady at the trash can told him I was there first. Then when she walked up to order he did the same thing to here. He needs to pay more attention. Otherwise, everything was great. Make sure you get your punch card for a free meal after like 6 purchases (ask them for the details).

The chicken wasnt thoroughly cooked the vegetables were not properly cooked the portion is mainly watery rice they claim i was served 4 Oz of meat & 4 Oz of Vegetables. I know for a fact the portion wa not a half pound the cooked mixes the old with the fresh .

I honestly only come here for the vegetables. I request well done, especially when its busy. I sometimes get a undercooked piece of broccoli, but the seasoning they add on is where its at. They also allow me to do more vegetables then rice so thats a A+ in my book.

This is my son's and my favorite go to for fast food. I order online and it's always ready when I get there and they never have made any mistakes on our orders.

They have always been great but today I asked for double meat. I paid extra for double meat and they did not fulfill my request and my payment. I was so disappointed

Its Just rice and chicken with water and brown sugar but very watered down. For around or over 11$ every time its extremely over rated for lightly sugar water with rice or noodles and cabbage garnish. They never put enough on it anyway

Sarku is the best place to eat in the mall! Their Chicken Teriyaki over fried rice and vegetables is the absolute best! I recently tried their beef over noodles absolutely great as well! And it’s the mall so it can get crowded but they always have the longest line! But it’s fast! They are that great!

I recently order the Shrimp teriyaki with fried rice and honestly it was flavorful considering that shrimp will always have that shrimpy flavor. The fried rice really did its job on this plate sure! I mean combined with the yummy sauce, it all blended well together. I enjoyed it when they were shouting, “Yummy sauce!!”, definitely ensuring me my food is cooked well :)!!! I just wish they weren’t so busy lol
