We're going to stop ordering from this location. The food is always hit or miss. Here lately I've been wanting flatbread, as they're smaller and i like the crust. Ordered 2 for myself and my boyfriend yesterday. They came as expected. Today, we decided to order two more (the exact same order). I received 1 flat read, and 1 pizza with the flatbread toppings. I assumed they just ran out of flatbreads and used the pizza dough instead. The problem was that, though we ordered the exact same thing two days in a row, even the toppings between the two days were different. The second day had extra toppings that werent supposed to be on it. This happens quite a bit. I'll order from somewhere else rather than hope what I ordered is what I'll get.

They actually told me they had already turned all the stuff off in the kitchen and cleaned it and it was over an hour to close. But they made the order and every bit of it was undercooked. And soggy, don't ask me how they did that. I love schlotzsky's but I won't go here again.

was mid, not enough meat on the original, but had plenty of veggies, but the bread was obviously made with love, but a little dry, and i can tell they needed training as sandwich was constructed in wrong order (LETTUCE BELONGS ON THE BOTTOM), although i could tell it was made with love :). A solid 7/10

Cashier didn't know what a banana pepper was. Said she ask and give us one. Didn't get it or our pickles. She needs more training.
Never order online with this place. Didn't have a record of my order but sure as hell took my money.
