I go inside n the worker saw me going in and turn off the lights n said it was closed it s was 9:32pm 3/6/25 it's says closed at 10pm

The food was different frm Austin Schlotzskys but overall it was ok to eat. One of the employees didn't do his job of warming up the Cinnabon but ok. Not good services and price was high. I really like this place though. 😌

I love the food here. I rarely get to eat it so I was excited, but the service was horrible. First off, last night I walk in . And it’s quiet. a man walks right past me. I didn’t know if you worked there or not because usually you get greeted when you walk into a business, but nobody said anything to me .I didn’t know if he worked there or not. When he finally turns back towards me. I asked him if he works there. He says yes I ask if they’re still open, he says no I say what time do you Close he then tells me nine I still have 20 minutes. So I tell him so you’re still open and then he tells me well, Is it to go? I haven’t even been in the business two minutes and I already feel like I’m being shoved out when the business isn’t even closed. I still have 20 minutes and this man doesn’t wanna make my food. He was not friendly. He was not welcoming. I still could’ve had my food there, but I decided to leave and go somewhere where they wanted to service me.

Had 2 medium sandwiches deliver the house. They were the saddest sandwiches I have every seen from schlotzskys. The sourdough bread was not fully cooked. You could taste the yeast. The only thing that was good was the bag of chips.

The $5 dollar pizza after 5 is worth it ? tasty and a decent portion

I had to take a minute to share my brief encounter with an awesome person named Nyeli. She was so professional and so articulate at doing her job. Not only was it her first day on the job but it was her first job ever. She was so pleasant to talk to,she wanted to be sure that my order was correct and even wishes me a greag day as I was leaving. This world needs more people like Nyeli in it.

Google says they close at 10pm. Went in last night just after 9pm and they said they were closed. I’m leaving a bad review because I drove for 15 mins out of the way to get a sandwich. If they close before 10pm they need to change the hours on google.

The service at this place is okay. When I was placing my order, the lady seemed irritated and standoffish. Food was okay. The potato soup tasted a bit weird. Their pizza is also not the best. You can find better pizza at heb.

Went way downhill, twice this place has screwed up my order. First time ordered the pick two for take out . Ordered a sandwich and salad only got the salad no sandwich. Second time ordered the same thing this time ordered the salad with no olives. Picked it up covered in olives and no dressing or cutlery. Took it back to get remade, got it back with no olives but also no chicken or feta. This place sucks!!
