Called and ordered a chicken Cesar salad with the manager who clearly did not want to service customers today. She didn’t repeat anything and seemed agitated at the fact that I added additional items to my salad, she said ok and I responded my husband will pick up the order through the drive threw I gave her my name and ended the call. My husband reached the drive through to be told by an employee (Alicia) that her manager never put the order in so he reordered and delivered the salad to me. To my surprise the salad had 3 pieces of chicken and a few large pieces of bacon. The salad was old with brown Brown pieces and the guacamole was brown as well I most definitely will not be returning back to Schlotzsky’s. Ever since the remodel the staff in-service has declined in my opinion A new manager and maybe a visit from Corporate and the health department would do them some good. For some odd reason there’s never any tea and the cherry Coke that I ordered seem to be a Diet Coke terrible service if I could give them no stars I definitely would.And then to top it off the salad made me sick to my stomach what a way to spend my Labor Day weekend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered the pick any two. I chose the original and the gluten free pizza. I was given half a sandwich and no pizza. The sandwich was also thrown together.

This one on Weber forgot to give us our soup and the sandwiches were very sloppy. It sounded like they were just playing games in the kitchen. Someone is not doing their job right there. I would avoid this particular Schlotzsky's.

So in the past I've had such awful experiences here that I just don't put up with rude behavior here anymore. Pulled up to the drive through today and the guy said how can I help u. I said please give me a moment said nothing literally nothing usually u hear ok take your time or something I'm like ok well maybe he's busy. Then I had questions about the new menu items I spoke into the speaker and nothing just silence I waited for a little bit but no response. So we drove off and went to another location. Now mind you the food is always good but customer service is a big deal to me considering I've worked in the industry alot and know how to treat people with care and compassion.
