Schlotzsky's

I was skeptical when I saw their terrible rating. How bad could it be? I ordered an Albuquerque Turkey and they didn’t put any vegetables on it. I drove back through, they pulled my sandwich apart with their hands, pointed to ONE pepper and refused to remake it.

I’m actually shocked their rating isn’t lower.

The host was the only good thing about our dine in experience. Very courteous & great people skills. However, the dining room had flies on the windows, the tables were dirty, the floors were dirty & sticky, and the trash bin was full. Not a single customer walked into the dining room after us & neither did any employees. Out of the 4 employees that we saw not one took any initiative to come clean the dirty dining area or empty the trash bin. Management & owner, this needs to be addressed!

I always come through the drive-thru around dinner time, and Seth is usually the one to take my order. He is always incredibly kind, quick, and accurate. He makes sure I have the correct order every time, and never fails to put a smile on my face. He is definitely an amazing member of the team. He keeps me consistently coming back. Hope to see him again in the drive-thru when I get back from my trip.

Never coming back to this place. Went through the drive through and ordered a smoked turkey sandwich with lettuce and mayo only. Got home and it had tomatoes onions and for some odd reason black olives. While waiting I saw the guy worker with long hair who took my order was dancing around while his coworker took my payment. He should be making my order was made right instead of practicing his dance moves.

Rene, the cashier, great dude. Very polite and professional. Went to dinner with my parents, love them but they were slow at ordering. But this dude was very patient! Mad respect to this man!

I ordered a strawberry salad and the strawberries were old and mushy the croutons were stale and the meat was lunch meat rather than the chicken it was supposed to come with. For as much as I paid per meal the portion sizes are a joke. If I wanted a kids meal size I would have ordered a kids portion. Definitely won’t waste my time or money going back!

I just witnessed one of the ladies preparing the food with the phone in her hand talking on the phone did not change her gloves and still prepared food laid the phone down on the prep board. Very very unsanitary especially when you headed up to your ear your face and touch it with the gloves that you're preparing people's food with.
