I was sold on the place the moment I opened the door and smelt the freshly made waffle cones, which of course I partook in. Then the fun flavors were a nice surprise, I opted for the triple chocolate which hit the spot and left me with the best chocolate mustache that was totally worth it! Getting to sit and enjoy the water was definitely an added perk (that you pay for in the price of ice cream as it is higher) but worth it as an experience in addition to the unique flavor options. I plan to come back for another scoop!
Prices way too high!!! 2scoops $11.00
Ridiculous! Won’t be back
Nothing amazing, service, tables. Interior. Asked about the pics on the wall, and the girls were like, “huh? We don’t know if they’re historical or what…” ice cream was overpriced. We had 4 individual single cups and it was pricey. I think over 30, if I remember correctly. We will not return. We just walked here from next door after having dinner. Save your money… check out other ice cream shops in town. This is only a spot for now, because of the obligatory ice cream
stop after dinner on vacay. Even if it’s Blue
bell, I’d save my money and grab a pint of ice cream at stripes and sit on the beach…
Neat atmosphere but prices are insane. We ate next door and prices were reasonable so we didn’t think too much about it even though prices were not posted for the ice cream. They had blue bell ice cream so again, didn’t think much about it like I would if it was homemade or something fancy. They took my order scooped everything up and THEN told me my total. $29 and some change for a single scoop in a cone, a double scoop cone and a small sundae. It seemed a little bit like a tourist trap at that point and had I known pricing before they had everything scooped I would have definitely changed our order. I hate to sound crass but once everything took place it seemed intentional. Thankfully I can afford it but not every family that happens to stop in as they are traveling can manage a $30 (or more) I e cream stop for run of the mill ice cream with fairly small portions on top of that.
The service was good but the ice cream melted when we walked out of the stairs.
Came at 9:20 and they decided to close 40 min early :(
Snoopy’s is a great place to come and get some delicious food and a nice sweet treat at the ice cream shop. My husband, kids and I had a great time and will be back! Thank you, Snoopy’s!
The worst online customer service I've ever experienced and completely false advertisement. Also overpriced. We initially came in during what was listed as their winter open hours on their website and they were closed. We reached out to them on Facebook and they basically just gaslit us and said that they were open. Umm... No? So we tried again the next day and again the lights were off and the sign in the door said closed, but this time there was a sign to go next door.
When we did, we were told that "there was someone there" and they were clearly confused when we told them the building was empty. That was fine, however, as someone was sent over promptly to help us. The staff we interacted with directly were very polite.
I wasn't going to post this review and instead I was just going to reach out directly to the business on Facebook but when I did they sent a ridiculous emoji and said, "whomp whomp. sux" Are you kidding me?? (Screenshot attached if you can't believe a business could be so unprofessional.
The main disappointment was that we had made the trip specifically for the Chocolate barnacle which were highlighted online. We were served a cup hiding the layers so that they looked like a cup with chocolate and whipped cream rather than a layered "barnacle."
On top of that, we were explicitly told they the ice cream was cookies and cream and both ended up being strawberry hidden by the chocolate mousse. And to make it even worse, they posted a picture on their Facebook just a few hours later that showed what was supposed to be served to us. It was nothing like what we got.
From the Open Hours to the product, nothing here was as advertised. And the barnacles were $10 which was not listed and is extremely overpriced for what we got. More than a cup of mislabeled ice cream should ever be.
No longer a good place to go. Slow service +30 mins. No chips with your overpriced sandwich. It was edible but nothing I couldn't have done in less time and less cost. I come here for the Ruben, that's gone too. So I'm out.

This is my favorite stop for ice cream on the island. Very nice and friendly. Even was able to chat with the maintenance guy Tony is a great guy and keeps the place in tip top shape.

Maybe there freezer isn’t working very well but all of our ice cream was half melted when we got it. Probably won’t be back but okay if you’re a tourist looking for a scoop of sub par bluebell lol better off finding a homemade shop.

My wife, father, and I came to Snoopy’s on July 23rd (a Tuesday) around 9:24 pm to order ice cream for ourselves and get some togo for other family members. There were two girls serving us one with pink hair who was pleasant and helping us with our order and another with black hair who gave the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. We didn’t even have our order when black haired girl loudly and rudely announced “we close at 10 by the way” without even bothering to make eye contact. We felt very unwelcome with the delivery of that comment and were confused because we were just waiting for our order and it was only 9:31pm. Rude enough but it’s what she did next that I can’t let slide. Once she stormed off to the back we clarified with pink haired girl that it was okay for us to be in the restaurant eating our ice cream and we sat at a table so my dad could eat. Black haired girl came out at 9:33 and started mopping right in front of the only entrance and exit and then directly around the table we had taken a seat at completely mopping us in. She didn’t start in a back corner or wait for us to leave (we would have been gone by 9:40) no, she immediately started mopping around us and our way out and she did it with a heavy amount of non verbal attitude. So I asked her if she had a problem with us because I was kind of shocked at how rude she was being. She rolled her eyes and said “no. I haven't said anything.” And when I asked why she was mopping us in she shrugged and said “closing duties”… at 9:33. My dad has two knee replacements and a hip replacement. She made it so that he had to walk across a wet floor to leave the establishment. Her attitude was shocking for the service industry and she made it more likely that my father would slip, fall, and hurt himself when he was just coming in to buy ice cream well before closing time. I’ve worked service industry jobs and understand closing duties but my colleagues and I would NEVER have started cleaning a room that still had customers in it. If Scoopys does not want to have people ordering ice cream at 9:30 they should list online that they close at 9:30 not 10. I don’t know why this girl is employed here. She made all of us feel extremely uncomfortable, unwelcome, and endangered my father by CHOOSING to mop him in at 9:33. Older people don’t always handle falls well and if it’s Scoopys policy to mop the only exit and floors leading to said exit while customers are there during business hours then I’m appalled at their lack of care for people’s safety. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.
If it was just a horribly rude girl’s decision then management needs to relieve her of her position/change her shift because safety of customers should be a top priority, never mind knowing how to be polite and not make them feel uncomfortable.
Pink haired girl was sweet though.
