Stopped by to get my kids a donut. The lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that I took her away from being on her phone. Eye roll and all. Have always loved Shipleys but don’t treat people like they are a burden to you because they’ll stop supporting your business.

Pretty insane ham kolaches, not exaggerating, these things were 75% bread and 25% ham and cheese with the ham being what looked like a lunch meat slice cut in half.

Besides having me and my kiddos favorite donuts in town, the service is beyond friendly, and that makes all the difference in the world. My babies have been asking to come back constantly because the wonderful ladies working the counter left such a positive impact.

AVOID THIS OLACE. Horrible visit. The lady with glasses at the counter was very rude. We asked for a Dr. Pepper and she was very quick, very negative towards my fiancé.She was quick to point out things we didn’t know. When she asked “anything else”? She walked away. She got our order wrong as well. When I asked for my receipt, she threw it away and said “it’s in the trash”. As soon as we walked in she was very rude, she was not friendly, you could tell she did not want to be there but what does that have to do with us customers? We’re providing you business and giving you your job! Never coming back again.

Do not lie Justine Deleon, im a regular customer at shipleys, i love that place, and i was there when the cashier told you, she did not received your order online and she couldnt give you a refund, cause you paid online. I was there when your husband picked up the dounts and the cashier apologized for the inconvenience and for that she added extra dounts more then what you paid for. Your husband also apologized for your actions on the phone, you were yelling and screaming and threating the cashier. Theres no reason for someone to act crazy over donuts. These workers, all of them have always been nice and kind to every customer thats walks in. Ive witness the kindness and generosity to the customer. So Justine Deleon stop giving false accusation.

This PLACE SUCKS !!! PLACED A Order at 1:45 got there at 1:50 and said that she didn’t see no one outside so she threw my food away then I told her that’s fine. I will take my refund and she said no I can’t do refunds in store disputed with your card this place Sucks hung up on me many times RUDE employees !!!!

The kolachies are expensive, hard, dry, and low quality. Staff is friendly. Don't recommend buying from here at all.

False advertising. Says close at 6 but close at 2. Never again

I'm so confused. I placed my order through the Shipley website. You took my $25.17 told me my 6 donuts & 2 kolaches would be delivered by 4. The website says you close at 6pm. My order was canceled by you & the driver text me saying I'm to ask Doordash for my refund when I never went through them. I need my money refunded by you. Such bad business! Why did you take my money if you weren't going to deliver? & of course nobody is answering your phone.
