The General Manager is such a horrible individual..! She's a taller, dark skin, black hair lady. Every time I go in and shes there, she always what seems like to be in a bad mood..with her mean and straight looks and rude mouth. I always try to avoid going if shes there. I've been going for months to this Shipleys and go one to two times a week..! And go to this one, cus of the route I travel. As I was telling the lady I normally talk to, how ugly and rude their general manager was (which she was there listening close by) heard me complaining about her and decided to confront me and at that point I had enough from her..! I was upset and she just kept smiling and laughing at me like if what I said was amusing to her. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL..AT ALL..! AND A POOR EXCUSE OF A GENERAL MANAGER..! I will not be returning EVER..! I hope the owner understands how her big mouth hurts this business and cost them loyal returning customers.

Imagine telling a customer no to selling them kolaches because they want them in separate boxes. Then asking them to explain themselves as if they have to. Then getting an attitude about it and asking why you have an attitude. Terrible customer service because she didnt want to sell 3 boxes of 6 kolaches.

We visited for the weekend and we came here for some kolaches before heading back home, they were nasty! I should’ve listened to the other reviews that warned me. The sausages had some bitter flavor. The service was crappy, we even had to heat up the Kolaches ourselves in an antique microwave oven, talk about a hazard for a burn!

I had ordered cold brew coffee, sausage, egg & cheeses kolaches online & instead received basic sausage kolaches & Starbucks frap. The ladies were nice when I picked up food but never told me what I had ordered was not what they gave me.

This Shipley Donuts is not the one to go to. I asked them if the donuts were hot and fresh because I wasn't gonna pay 15 dollars for them if they were not. Took them at their word. THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO ME. THE STORE YOU WANNA GO TO IS STAPLES AND SARATOGA. THE LADIES IN THERE ARE THE BEST. I CALL AHEAD SOMETIMES AND THE HAVE THE DONUTS COMING OUT THE GLAZE WHEN I GET THERE. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN.
