This Shipley Donuts is not the one to go to. I asked them if the donuts were hot and fresh because I wasn't gonna pay 15 dollars for them if they were not. Took them at their word. THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO ME. THE STORE YOU WANNA GO TO IS STAPLES AND SARATOGA. THE LADIES IN THERE ARE THE BEST. I CALL AHEAD SOMETIMES AND THE HAVE THE DONUTS COMING OUT THE GLAZE WHEN I GET THERE. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN.

I had just begun going to this location for the past couple of months. I have had an outstanding experience, both the donuts and the service from the people early in the morning. Today my son asked me to place an order for his football team I understand it is last minute, however it is not my job to feel guilty for what I order. Their sausage & cheese kolaches are so good-very addicting but this location tends to over-bake them half the time so they end up too dark even if you ask for light & fresh. When we tried the Saratoga location once the same kind of kolaches were light & fresh. They also don't have as much cheese as they probably should.
