First time I went it wasn’t busy. Ordered their recommendations (tacos, onion rings and chocolate shake). Chicken tacos were dry, beef tacos were phenomenal, and onion rings were amazing! Went back, busier time, for beef tacos and onion rings. Food took a noticeable decline. 3rd time, also busier, beef tacos had barely anything inside the shell and onion rings were barely battered AND undercooked. They just can’t hang during busier, higher demand.

This place used to be great.. the last time I went we waited about 1 hour to get our food.. are food was cold and not good. I always want to go back but the food quality is not the same. I remember the food being so good and think that it’s going to be the same as it once was but it totally isn’t. Not sure who they hired as a cook or who’s running this place..but this place has gone downhill. Don’t waste your $$

First, I ordered the fish and shrimp platter, but they forgot the shrimp. When I told the young lady, she proceeded to tell me she's not sure what they would do about it. She went and asked the man cook and he said he put the shrimp but wasn't sure where. Ummm okay. Well it wasn't in my order. She then said all they could do is make me the 3 piece shrimp that was left out, but it was going to be a long wait. I asked her how long will the wait be because I already waited 30-45 mins for my food originally. She then stated, she wasn't sure but they had several orders ahead of me. Never again. People seemed clueless.

Almost left before ordering but decided to give it a shot. The person taking the order was friendly, but not overly helpful. The burger was dry and over cooked and the hot dog was as well. The onion rings were the only thing that were decent. Looks like the restaurant itself is not kept up very well.

Food wasn't the best, Didn't get my order correct, milk shake was done 1st and I saw they put it in a somewhere I couldn't see but it was mostly melted.Went in to order some more food for family and young lady had a little attitude. We come to Snapks all the time and the food is alway great and so is the service. Today was different, my husband and I ordered to burger baskets and my daughter had chili cheese fries plus two drinks. Price came out to almost $30. When I opened the bag I noticed it was just two burgers and the chili cheese fires. Tried to get the car hop back but she wasn’t paying attention because there was a bunch of her friends in the restaurant so my husband got down and told her we ordered fries with the burgers. They brought us fresh fries but the car hop was rude about it. She didn’t offer an apology or even bring us salt, pepper or ketchup.
