I have so many complaints about this sonic on Ayers. Service is always slow, whether it's empty or packed, you will always wait and wait. But the biggest issue is that they ALWAYS run out of things. They constantly run out of strawberries, onion rings, cheese, cherries, etc etc. It's like the manager doesn't know how to keep inventory. This place stinks! I've decided to go to a different one even if I have to drive farther. They're lucky that I have to give them 1star. They don't deserve ANY.

Don’t come here unless you want to wait an hour for your food. Even when placing an online order. Ridiculous. And they were too lazy to even remake the food.

Went to this location for after school snacks with the kids twice. Both times we parked and push the button for service and BOTH times no one took our order. Waited 40 minutes each time to order only to leave empty handed because just to take an order it took close to an hour.

When someone orders a Super Sonic Bacon Burger with cheese, without pickles and onions and you send a child sized double cheeseburger without bacon and with pickles...you get a one star review! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

I went into sonic and Parked then I press the red button to go ahead and get my order going as soon as I press the button I’m waiting for 5 minutes so I go ahead and press it again and still nothing not even a hello mam give us a moment , nothing at all so I’m waiting again for another 5 min and still nothing so I go ahead and go thru the drive thru and there jam waiting and saying hello and I’m in the drive through for a good 10 min and finally someone gets my order only to be disappointed about waiting in line for 15 min for my food and I finally get my food and as to my notice I’m missing food and I’m honking at the employee to get her attention and nothing she didn’t even say nothing until another employee helped me and I told him I was missing food and he was like okay mam it will be a minute , like really I’ve been waiting this whole time jus for them to mess up my order , by far the worst customer service

Took my whole lunch HOUR to get a Cherry limeade. The girl who brought my order said everyone was calling in. Hey those girls some damn help, jeez.

We waited at the drive-through speaker trying to get somebody’s attention and they never come on and said hold on give me a minute nothing. So we finally pulled on it behind another vehicle. and finally after sitting there for a little bit, somebody had to come outside and take our order so it wouldn’t hold up the line and all they had to do was say holdon a minute to let us know the speaker was working because we didn’t think it was because we couldn’t get a response from somebody. so we was aggravated by this point so we got our food drove home got our food out of the bag to find out that it was wrong. we had had a long day and neither one of us felt like driving all the way back up there to exchange our food because we don’t live close by.
