every time I go to this location they don’t fail to disappoint me. I’ve waited over 30 minutes a handful of times. Simply for a drink or a few small food items. The employees here don’t care and lack respect in all areas. By the time you get your food you’ll have been thinking about everything else you could’ve ate within that time. Hope my review helps management figure it out, or another customer from going here! Lazy work ethic does NOT = JOB.

Paid $10.81 since I ordered a large root beer with my combo. And this is the burger that I got. Ordered extra tomatoes and got no tomatoes at all. Fries were old, hard and cold. My root beer was good though. The young man that brought the food to the car was very nice also.

Ok 15 minutes to get drink, 2 cars pulled out of the 9 lined up and left after ordering without there orders. Waste of time. Never again, I'll drive elsewhere to avoid this location. I saw no orders with bags but drinks and ice and it took 15 minutes from the time I ordered till when I pulled off. You suck

What's up with the wait times at this location? I always wait 10 mins plus at a stall, and end up going to the drive thru. This happens all the time when I go here, I actively avoid going to this one.
Pushed red button to order and no answered. Pushed again still no answer. Waited for 15 minutes and left.

This is a basic Sonic drive in or thru. Staff are helpful if any issue, such as their car slots for app orders have not been registering when I arrive. Go to regular slot and let them know you placed order through app. They'll get it to you, but it's extra time waiting.

They canceled my order due to me telling them I would pick up salsa from another place since they were out of it. Didn't ask me if I liked to cancel my order. The screen still said my order was in the kitchen after so I assumed my food was almost out. I ended up waiting for half an hour, paged them and waited another 20 minutes outside for the remake. Wasn't compensated in any way. As I was pulling off, they stopped me to ask me for my card again.

Awesome location. Been here a few times since I moved to corpus. First time they ran out of everything I ordered. Manager was awesome got me something else and gave me 5 free vouchers for combos of my choice. Today I spilled my slush in my boy’s car and they just made a new one for me on the spot no questions asked.
