App orders should be quicker to be heading out of the kitchen. It took 10 to 15 minutes to get my order after checking in through the app. I had placed the order about 10 to 15 minutes before getting there. It shouldn't take the same amount of time it took me to order and drive there to then wait that extra time for my order.
Also, I had placed a second order through the app. When I got my first order, I told the attendant about my second order, which she simply stated would be coming out shortly, despite me not being checked in. That had been my initial problem, but she didn't offer to help me with this. So I waited another 8 to 10 minutes before I pressed the red button to call for this and I was able to get checked in. My order finally came out after 2 minutes or so.
Additionally, I had placed the order with dipping sauces, and I only got two packets, not the 8 that I ordered. Plus, I got no napkins either.

When we go during the week, the employees are always on the ball good customer service. When we on weekend the employees are always on their cell phones or talking instead of making sure they are doing their job properly. My husband ordered triple burger combo and meat was real salty and he ordered a strawberry cheese shake and they didn’t even sir it right it taste sour 😡 I had to remind the cashier they forgot some of my order. She didn’t believe us she was so rude. I wish you would hire better employees with real customer service.

It's big, it's reasonably priced and it's delicious. Always gets my orders correct. Staff is friendly and there are some deals if you use the app. Only 1 complaint food is good I'm putting on too much weight 😂

This was gonna be a treat for us bc we use public transit to get around so we don't do sonic all the time. Maybe once a year. We were eager to try the big dill meal and and an extra sandwich for my kin. when we did get home and saw we ended up with 2 smasher burgers, no big dill burgers, no dill season tots, we were pissed. all that trouble to get there and this bs.

Great services , smasher is always amazing drinks are always great. Only complaint is being asked to do surveys every other day . Stop giving me a chore and making me do it daily ; your staff looks uncomfortable doing it..

We ordered and sat for 30 minutes for 4 drinks and a small tots. Then when we got our things the drinks were so watered down and tots were so cold. We asked them to remake it and waited 20 more minutes and they say they just ran out of our drink ingredients. Then they spent 10 minutes to get us a refund.bwe spent an hr out of our day for drinks that didn't need to take that long. Amanda gave us our refund and didn't even refund us all the drinks they charged us for the small tea and charged 5 bucks for that when it's supposed to be happy hour. This place is terrible. They need to do some serious work at this location.
