waited in line for 30 minuets for 2 slushies with no one in line after they had already came to the window twice with 2 orders that weren’t ours. I’m assuming they didn’t even have our order down because they asked if we had order online although our order was taking at the speaker. Ended up just leaving with no slushies because still nothing was ready after 30 minuets. HUGE disappoint and waste of time.

I've been going to this sonic for months and 2 employees are the rudest. Jose or Jesus not sure as he speaks 100 mph hour and Anna lia All the other employees are terrifc and that's the only reason I go back. I usually drive off when I hear those 2 on the intercom. *edit I had stated Natalie before but I changed it. She is one of the nicest ones there. I apologize to her. She is never rude always pleasant.

I recently visited the Sonic on Saratoga, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I ordered a strawberry sundae, excited to enjoy a delicious treat, but what I received was a total disappointment.
First, the sundae was poorly assembled; it looked like it had been thrown together in a hurry. The strawberries were sparse, and the ice cream was melted by the time it reached me. To top it off, they put whip cream and i said NO whip cream and when i asked to get it remade all they did was just scrape it off and gave it back to me. The lady who took care of us was absolutely disrespectful.
It’s frustrating to spend money on something that doesn’t meet expectations, and this visit left me feeling let down. I hope they can improve their service and attention to detail, because right now, I can’t recommend this location.

Horrible service. Don’t bother parking in the stalls they won’t take your order EVER. Even at the drive thru they move in slow motion. Employees just walk by and talk amongst themselves and stare at you stalling to take your card. Super unorganized and unprofessional. Waited for over 30 minutes for a sundae and a pup cup. Don’t recommend this location at all!!!
