Jasmine is an amazing kind young lady. Today some birds tripped the power transformer and power went out for min. Jasmine made sure she checked on all her guest and was able to get their order. My app wouldn't work and she helped me. She an absolute delight

Amazing costumer service but I waited for fresh chicken and a fresh smasher patty but the burger I got was disgusting! The meat was cold and hard! I’ll never understand, if you’re waiting for fresh food already why not make all of it fresh ! I will not be coming back to this location

I live around the corner and it has very poor and slow service. The staff is rude and too young and unexperienced with poor customer service skills. There drive through speaker randomly works so sometimes you have to wait 30 plus minutes in the drive through to order at the pick up windows. That's what the young ruka at the windows said after I walked up to ask her after 15 minutes if I could order. I guess it's not chic fil a so they won't come outside, but that would be customer service. Won't go back. Don't waste your time.

I went to trade the toy for The Bad Guys 2 that they are having in the promo for Wacky Pack kids meal, I ask the lady to trade and she said that if she doesn't know if they do have them, and I asked her nicely can she check and she said again IDK if that have them, seriously she was freaking lazy to a favor to trade for a costume, Ridiculous 😡🤬

Absolutely garbage service put in a mobile order 10 min before we arrived and waited 20min after check in for 5 drinks and a small fry to get it there were only 2 cars when we arrived and they weren't even served in the time we were sitting there.
