Same bad sonic location, new owner didnt change anything. Wait at drive thru speaker for a good while with another vehicle behind me and no one answers. I go to the window to see what a going on and I see workers walking in from outside, then they look at me and say nothing. I ended up driving off.

I'm a food delivery driver, and every time I come here, it takes too long. The last time I went I just got a burger and a drink and it took almost an hour. They we're busy but even when they're not they take too long.

Took 27 minutes to get 1 kids cheeseburger. Guess because I asked for mustard, mayo and ketchup. It's complicated. It went in the trash when I got it since I had to ask at 20 minutes if they had overlooked my order.

This particular sonic has always struggled with service. I would recommend the location at 5 points way better service, also I really don't get sonic in general food is not worth the cost in my opinion, but if you choose this location be prepared to wait a long long long time for your order?

Just recently started coming here again, after several AWFUL experiences. In the last 2weeks, I have waited more than 15 minutes for drinks!! 3cars in drive thru and maybe 4cars pulled into stalls... and they act like they're slammed!! ?Couldn't even repeat my order, just kept telling me about a fifteen minute wait and it would be right out. BUT still couldn't tell me my order. Today, I was greeted and in the same sentence, I was told there is a 15minute wait... even for ice cups. Old DRIED meat on the hamburgers, cold old fries, rock hard chicken and they don't even bother putting cherries,limes etc in slushes. Save yourself the frustration and time and go the Calallen location. ZERO STARS ??

Waited over 30 minutes for nothing to be right in my order. It was a tea and cheeseburger plain. Time management is not a strong concept here. I only get a 45 minute lunch break. Car hop was on his phone chatting it up and not taking orderes to cars.

They take over 30 mins to bring food and a drink out. On top of that it’s not even busy and it’s still wrong. They food taste as if it’s been sitting there forever .
