Great crew/manager/location, perfect drinks - and this has been true through years. You won’t find a better Starbucks in the area. 2025 update: all still accurate. Terrific managers that moved up (not on), friendly/pro/conscientious partners. Reliably wonderful spot.

I waited in line for 20-25 minutes. I asked for a water and a tomato and mozzarella on focaccia, they didn’t have it so I picked another item and they didn’t have that either. So I just asked for the water. I’m pregnant and sick most of the time so I try to stick to only drinking water. They refused to even give me that. So disappointing, I understand they have a policy where water cannot just be served but the experience was a huge inconvenience.

Ridiculous that they close the lobby at 5pm for a meeting when they know damn well that people placed online pick up orders. I pick up my coffee on the way to work and because the lobby was closed I can't just run in and pick it up I have to go through driv thru. I order online so i wont be late to work. Waiting in drive thru line made me late. They have zero regard for their customers and they should not allow online ordering if they close the lobby

The last few times I’ve gone here, I’ve been disappointed. Walk-ins should always be able to skip a line of mobile orders in my opinion. I tried to do a mobile order twice for one drink and it took twice the time the app stated (30mins), so planning to get there to pick up my order and then having to wait another 15 mins… There is NO atmosphere! I feel like I am at quest diagnostics when I walk in. No one greets you, there is no where to sit, and there is a screen on the wall with like 100 names of orders taken. After my 3rd time being let down, I gave up on this location.

Their system is messed up. Just because I ordered my drinks on the app in store, they made me wait after everybody who ordered in the cafe. I just kept hearing a bunch of excuses and letting me know that mobile orders take at least 20 minutes just for drinks. And my two frappes had been done for 20 minutes already. Good thing I was there to get them because if I let them sit there for over 10 minutes like they would have, they would have been melted.
