I almost never come to this Starbucks and today I came and the lady was so nice but she got my order wrong :( I asked for a venti matcha with cold foam and I got a venti matcha no cold foam and oat milk?? And it hadn’t been shaken properly there was matcha powder sitting at the bottom. And then I got two chocolate croissants and the centers were still cold which is not their fault someone from their maintenance team should be making sure it’s working properly overall it killed the experience for me

Placed a mobile order, they fulfilled my order and sent me a notification it was ready for pickup then when I got there stated the item was no longer available. I’m visiting the area and unfamiliar with this city and had to drive over 15 minutes and wasted my time when they could’ve rejected my order.

Went in drive through, ordered my drink. It was an espresso frappuccino with frapp chips. They give me the drink without the frapp chips. You can tell because there were no black specks. The girl tells me it's in there blended that's why I can't see it. I drive off and sure enough they forgot the frapp chips. It was a simple fix but instead the employee chose to lie rather them remake it. Won't be going to this location again.
