Came in 7/21 at 3pm to order 2 cake pops. I looked at the items on display and noticed 3 flies all around the pastry items. I asked for the cake pops and received them from another area, which I was fine with. I spoke to the manager (I didn't get her name) to inform her about the flies, just in case she was unaware. She seemed bothered/annoyed with me telling her. Her body language, tone and words led me to believe she didn't want to be told about it. She said that the items are not sold and that they are for display only. I told her I understood and just thought she may have not been aware. She continued to tell me that she gets told multiple times a day about the flies and assured me the items are just for display. I suggested that she put a sign up to notify customers about it being a display case only. She said that she may do it but not at the moment because she had other issues to deal with. If being told about the flies on a daily basis is a nuisance, why not put a sticker or sign? Why be upset with me for trying to look out for the well being of the customers? I don't live in CC and am glad that this is not a place that I have to frequent.

I often come to this place because it's my favorite place. I usually drink coffee twice a day and 2 cups each time. But today the employee there had a very bad service attitude and argued with me just because I asked for a little more oatmilk because the coffee was a bit bitter. She said she would charge extra while I just bought 1 drink and this is the 2nd drink. What a bad day.

I only went through the drive-thru. Got a caramel frapachinno and wanted to get a muffin but was disappointed when all they had was blueberry. The frapachinno was delicious and the little contact I had with the staff was pleasant. I give this Starbucks 5 stars all around!!!

It's been a while since the last time I got my Frappuccino mocha done right. They used to have an excellent barista here, but I'm guessing he is gone. On my last 3 visits, there were only girls. Each of them doing their own, not talking to each other or interacting with the clients. Not rude or anything, but they project an awkward energy. Anyway, that's not a problem, but a water down Frapp is. I'm switching to another location.

Hands down my fav location. Everyone is always so friendly and fast! But today they really went above and beyond any expectations I had. I’m pregnant and unfortunately have diabetes. I don’t ever get to enjoy the thing I did before pregnancy. Today the staff went above and beyond to make my fav Carmel Macchiato completely sugar free. They custom made me sugar free cold foam. They didn’t have to-they could have just said “sorry we don’t have that option” as they certainly don’t, and I would have understood. Thank you so much for the kindness, and amazing customer service. It meant the world to me to enjoy something I haven’t been able to in months
