Put in a mobile order for a friend and called to request a note be put on the side of the cup. Sarita was the amazing employee to answer and fulfilled my request to the “T”. As I know all Starbucks are super busy in the morning she was still able to accommodate. I will only order from this location for that reason alone. Thank you Sarita !!
I only went through the drive-thru. Got a caramel frapachinno and wanted to get a muffin but was disappointed when all they had was blueberry. The frapachinno was delicious and the little contact I had with the staff was pleasant. I give this Starbucks 5 stars all around!!!
It's been a while since the last time I got my Frappuccino mocha done right. They used to have an excellent barista here, but I'm guessing he is gone. On my last 3 visits, there were only girls. Each of them doing their own, not talking to each other or interacting with the clients. Not rude or anything, but they project an awkward energy. Anyway, that's not a problem, but a water down Frapp is. I'm switching to another location.
