i ordered my drink online there was no line when i went in and the app said it should be ready around 5:07, it wasn’t so i kept waiting and missed my bus at 5:10. at 5:30 i nicely asked if they had my order in the system incase something went wrong because everyone that was coming after me had already received their drinks except for me. she showed me my cup just sitting there for some reason next to her and so i said okay thankyou, i just wanted to know they had it. another...
This location is probably the busiest location with the amount of orders coming in and with the lower number of staff. However, they work so hard and do such a great job at fulfilling orders. The drinks taste great. Food is great. There are peak times especially being located at a University. However, it's worth the wait. The staff is friendly and the manger/supervisor, Maria is the best. You can tell she cares and works hard to serve us.
Really great service here! It's convenient and even when they have a long line it doesn't take long to get to the register. Never had any issues with my orders and it was really helpful that the one taking my order made some recommendations when a food item was out.
