This location has to be the loudest Starbucks I have ever been to. The music was fairly loud so staff members had to speak louder to take orders and speak to each other. Staff was friendly but, you could tell they must have had a lot of online orders as it took a couple of minutes from them to be able to take mine. Wait time to receive my drip coffee was an additional 5 minutes. My coffee was not very good. It was a bit bitter and luke warm. I did not bring this to the staffs attention.
It was clean with limited inside seating but plenty of outdoor seating. Lobby was clean.

Granting me on cup of coffee would got you 144k clients for the business where ever I go tisk tisk tisk Starbucks it soon to be under a merge an acquisition and under new ownership so new standards and procedure to be met.

The coffee was watery. I've had better at another location.
I come in often order a coffee, nothing special. Halloween morning was slammed. I was very impressed with team work of all the employees. I would name all as special. This core gave two persons the ability to be super attentive to me. Kat, and Marisol were the bookends of a great atmosphere. Cheers to your staff.

I didn’t get what I ordered. When I asked the barista, she insisted she made it right, but they are two completely different things just from the labels. I ordered 4 pumps of syrup, they gave me 6 pumps and the crunch things. The drink is too sweet that I had to close my eyes every time I swallowed it.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I’ve consistently had poor experiences at this Starbucks location, particularly with the morning and day shift staff. As a delivery driver, I rely on store employees to be prompt and communicative—especially during busy hours. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here.
The staff consistently lack urgency and often respond to basic questions—such as asking for a wait time—with eye rolls or dismissive attitudes, as if such inquiries are unreasonable or bothersome. On multiple occasions, I’ve felt intentionally ignored or delayed after asking for assistance.
To make matters worse, there have been times when I’ve waited 15–20 minutes only to be told that the order was mistakenly marked as picked up and now needs to be remade—further delaying the process.
I’ve never encountered these kinds of issues at other Starbucks locations, which leads me to believe this is a staffing and attitude problem specific to this team. There is a noticeable lack of professionalism and accountability during the morning and afternoon shifts that needs to be addressed.
This location does not reflect the level of service and efficiency typically associated with the Starbucks brand. I strongly urge management to take steps to improve staff training, professionalism, and customer interaction—especially for those working with delivery drivers and handling mobile orders.

I'm not sure how this is the way that you operate the store, however a 30 minute wait for someone who places an order at the counter versus a 10 second wait for the people in the drive-thru is ridiculous

Honestly for how much the morning feels like a zoo of people, the staff runs a pretty tight ship.
They make a ton of drinks tht just sit at the counter and make u wait 30 mins

Waited 30 minutes for a venti pink drink and grande white mocha , they only prioritized drive through I recommend going down the street to the next Starbucks as there was no prompt customer service for in house ordering.

Worst Starbucks ever! This place is so disorganized and wait over 40 minutes for a simple coffee. Then they have the audacity to tell me to come back later for my drink! I am like what the heck kind of response is that. You don’t order a coffee to drink it later. Starbucks needs to get on this store and get it together. So disappointed and then they are like we can’t cancel your order or do anything. I am so frustrated and will never ever come back to this store and will let everyone I know learn of the experience here
